Great spot for a quick breakfast and coffee

We stopped in for a quick breakfast and coffee with our kids. They have a little table with a few toys to keep the kids occupied. We had a egg/cheese/ham wrap and a burrito with ham and potato in it with a side of salsa. Both were straightforward and tasty. I ordered an iced mocha which was really... read more

The Beanery has GREAT coffee. Today we enjoyed a lovely soup and shared a flavourful vegetarian sandwich and fresh fruit plate. A nice, light healthful lunch for a good price. Locals and tourists alike like to meet up at the Beanery - at its convenient location at the end of Main Street. We decided to meet out of town relatives... More

The Beanery Café is a great place to meet friends for coffee, or alone to enjoy a treat, specialty coffees, smoothies, baked goods, light meals and much more. The owners and staff r always super friendly and anxious to make ur visit as pleasant as possible. A fireplace to sit by on chilly days adds to the ambiance. But sometimes... More

Superb baking, excellent Americanos , nice staff and a good coffee shop atmosphere. We visited Summerland in mid march 2015 to hike up the Giant's head trail. Stopped in here for a coffee and pastry. Both were so good we had to write a review. This is what a proper.local coffee bistro is all about. One of the best of... More

A wonderful coffee shop. But that is not all. Light breakfasts and lunches for people on the go. And the treats! Something for everyone, even Paleo options. Lots of locals frequent this spot.

Excellent service and food. Best café in Summerland. Polite and respectful staff, with owners dedicated to employing students. The lunch special is the best deal in Summerland and a place where one is proud to meet up with out of town visitors. Enjoyable atmosphere, including live music on special occasions (ie at Light up night before Christmas sometimes).

You can't beat their $6 lunch special. Soup, salad and a cheese bun, all very tasty. Friendly staff too.

This place used to be the Summerland equivalent of Starbucks. Still has good coffee I guess but I always want lunch when I try it, and the lunches are just a boring round of cream soup, creamy salad, cheesey buns - no variety and not cheap either. Always find the (serve-yourself) counter service a bit snooty and/or uncaring. Take it... More

Always love coming to the beanery when in summerland! Friendly staff, amazing baked goods everyday, and delicious coffee. Their outdoor patio gives you the best view of Main Street. Definitely recommend if you're in town!
