We have visited Enkai around 3/4 times and love it there. Erik the bartender is fabulous and makes some of the best cocktails! I would recommend the cheeseburger wontons, baconator sushi roll & the sashimi is lush! Definitely worth a visit, great views too.

the place has good ambiance and is on the ocean, but the chefs are not well versed in making sushi. they push the rice hard into the sheets and it comes out soggy.

Very hard to find for us but once here at 8pm, we had the best dinner looking out at the ocean... The waitress was awesome and friendly. Good wines and rolls where tasty.

should a sushi restaurant not have edamame and dim dum dumplings not available on a saturday night? anyway, it was not busy----for a reason maybe? nice atmosphere, hard to find on the water next to a bunch moored business boats looking toward water island. small but nice outdoor bar area with limited choices although house chardonnay was excellent. we ate... Found this place on one of my visits to Customs for a quick lunch before heading to the airport. Went in, it was empty and asked for a bento box. My salmon was ok nothing great, waitress was way too serious and not friendly. The good part was the view right there at the water and that food was ready... More

This restaurant has a great atmosphere, great staff and really good food. Loved it and I am not a sushi fan! The sushi fans that I was with, absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back.

Four of us ate dinner here at the insistence of one of them. It's out of the way with a water view. It's kind of at an industrial boatyard area. Service was a bit slow, but it was packed and we were in no hurry. The martinis were wonderful, the sushi fresh. It was quite dark where we sat: I... More

We ate here for lunch while we were in town. We are huge Sushi lovers and were looking forward to good experience as this place was referred to us by a local. First of all, It was very, very hard to find. The Sushi was disappointingly average but I absolutely love the decor and ambiance. Also, after we ate we... More

We've been back to Enkai numerous times and this is the first time the service was really bad. It took over 45 minutes to get the sushi rolls. Seems like they had too many take-out orders that took precedence over the actual customers in the restaurant. However, the sushi there is still the best on the island - it is... More

We waited almost 2 hours from the point of ordering our food to receiving the first plate of rolls. Looking back, I can't believe we didn't leave since we hadn't ordered any starters and were starving. But the wait staff kept telling us it was coming, they are short staffed, etc. The sushi was good and we would go back.... More
