First visit after a couple of years and so disappointing, used to be an excellent venue. Very cool reception and when mentioned no toilet paper in Ladies response was very indifferent, and the comment was ' if I put three in people steal them!! ' No hand towels either and checked Gents and exactly the same.

Popped in for a drink large pub with a dance floor. Bloke was smoking at the bar and blew smoke in my face, think he was asked to go outside by staff

Been visiting Porthmadog for annual holiday for 10+ years. This year our usual haunts were just full of hot grease, not ideal in he heatwave! Looked on TripAdvisor and saw good reviews on this place and were not disappointed. Had two evening meals and were very happy with ambiance, people, especially the food. Plenty of tasty choice for my 2... More

The beef chilli was very good. It was tasty and contained lean beef. Service was very friendly and welcoming. It is such a shame that the decor lets the place down.

Granted, it is February and it's lashing down, but it's about 7pm on a Saturday evening and a load of men have been chasing a leather egg around a big field on the telly. Wales have won, so you would think the town of Porthmadog would be bouncing. Unfortunately, the Queens was empty of any customers at all, and they... More

Had Fish and Chips for four this evening, the batter was divine, the chips were great and everything was wonderfully hot. On a really bad winters evening it was just what we all needed. Thankyou so much Paul from all of us.
