Nice coffee, great staff

Popped in with my two sons for brunch. Good Flat white and nice breads!! Really friendly happy staff even though they were pretty busy for a bank holiday weekend. A great find in Porthmadog!!

After being slightly dazzled by the wonderful food choices on display we opted for the spinach and potato spelt pies (heavenly) and the parmesan and garlic nubbins, (extremely nice). Both were fantastic. The children also had some cookies which were eatenvery quickly so they must have great.

We were a large group of 7 who required a good breakfast and we got it ! From hearty bread to tasty bacon all was good at Big Rock . We even got a free refill because the owner wasn't happy that our breakfast was served perfectly , we didn't notice but he did . If that isn't customer service... More

Went around 5.00 and had tea there. I had a bean and sausage chilli with cheese quesilada which was priced at £5.40 - very reasonable. Portion size was very big and the food was totally gorgeous! Me and my friend both got a gluten free brownie for pudding and it tasted amazing - so gooey and again, a big size!... More

We stopped by while in a hurry to the meeting this morning to grab a couple of bacon baps. The staff who took our order seemed like genuinely friendly people. The cafe itself is tiny but very cosy and relaxed. Lots of different reasonably priced foods to suit most needs. Our baps were very tasty and loaded with thick bacon... More

The basement bakery provides fresh bread, rolls, pastries and cakes served with salad items of choice. Plenty of seating, toys for toddlers, quick service, helpful staff. Food is wonderful and first time we have ever had napkins with a quotation from Psalms. Yummy! Will definitely return to try different breads. Good portions and fillings.

Great, great cafe for a big hearty breakfast or lunch. Very good prices, big mugs of tea. Only marked it 4/5 because we ordered additional items with our meals and they were not brought, however it was quite busy.

Visited this place twice during the course of our 1 wk holiday. Excellent place full of all types of tempting breads & pastries freshly made on site on the day. Great place for breakfast, tea/coffee or a light lunch. Well worth the visit. :-)

This cafe breaks from the North Wales seaside norm and offers colourful artisan food with influences from France and Italy. We also enjoyed the thought provoking quotes hidden around the cafe
