Stayed in the nearby Travelodge and used this place for breakfast every day. Nice food reasonably priced and would recommend.

We come to this place several times now. It's become part of our short holidays in Porthmadog. Great food, great value, no worries with the children. If only other restaurants in the area would consider such family friendly customer service. Thank you to all staff at Breaktimes. You make this place stand out from the rest.

Sticky tables and cheap food deep fried and priced the earth. Disappointed! It's only popular because of the location to the travelodge but i will not be returning. I'd prefer to eat somewhere clean and where my forearms don't stick to the tables. Hint: clean in between the tables!

I have been meaning to try breakfast here for ages but somehow never seem to make it. This Saturday however I was on a mission, and at 9.30am I was waiting for a table to become available. Their slogan is "Nothing is too much trouble" and they really mean it. As I waited for my breakfast (bacon, sausage, hash brown... More

We stayed at the Travelodge in Porthmadog and dubiously went to Breaktimes for breakfast (as it was on an industrial estate). We were totally 'wowed' by the refreshingly friendly service and fab breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be visiting you again.

They say nothing is too much trouble and it's true. The food is good and well presented; the service is friendly and first class; you can have as many coffee/tea refills as you want; extra toast too. Children are given coloring books and crayons when they arrive and sweets when they leave. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and it... More
