Food was great and service spot on. They have no passing trade and so rely on word of mouth, so perhaps not such a surprise after all. Well worth a visit.

We stayed at the Travelodge which is 100 yds away, and as they do not serve breakfast we ate here everyday . The food is freshly cooked to order, with fee orange juice and unlimited tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Don't let the location put you off.

We visited for two days in August, fortunately they had started opening on Sundays since a previous visit. The sausages and black pudding were particularly good and well cooked. A very friendly and effecient service.

Having just waddled out of here I felt the need to drop a review straight in. What an amazing place. Super friendly staff and best breakfast going for a long way around. Very good quality bacon and black pudding. Prices fantastic and the selection is great. Like a lot of places you see the words 'nothing is to much trouble... More

We found this cafe because of their advertising board or we would not have known the cafe was there. It is behind the Gelert outlet on the road to Criccieth. We called in on our way home, for breakfast. Lovely and clean and plenty of tables. Extensive breakfast and lunch menu. We had the large bacon and egg bap and... More

Visited twice during a recent break in Porthmadog and it is justifiably number 1 on tripadvisor. This cafe is undoubtedly a real gem with service most restaurants would be proud of. The breakfasts were freshly cooked with unlimited hot drinks and complimentary juice. The breakfasts were nicely presented rather than being piled on the plates. They use good quality products... Went with family on strength of trip advisor reviews. Not disappointed, had the B.E.S.T (bacon, egg, sausage, tomato/toast) which was more than enough. Free refills and a kids treat made this a great place to eat breakfast. Keep up the good work
