They say nothing is too much trouble and it's true. The food is good and well presented; the service is friendly and first class; you can have as many coffee/tea refills as you want; extra toast too. Children are given coloring books and crayons when they arrive and sweets when they leave. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and it... More

...is the slogan, and it is very true. Pleasant little breakfast cafe, serving simple but well cooked food. All the staff, particularly the lady on the till (?owner) are very friendly and chatty, and go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience. Only downside was that we were only able to try this place on the... More

Cannot recommend this place enough. It's basic plain and simple food cooked well, plated up with pride and served with a smile. The service is truly excellent. They state that "nothing is too much trouble", and from our experience, this was very true. Before we had even ordered there was assistance seating the kids, free crayons/drawing pads to keep them... Can I suggest the addition of fried bread to the £5.00 meal. It is very easy and cheap to cook. Alsos the names of the items are without atmosphere. May I, suggest, Madocks, Gest, Glaslyn, Dwyryd, Cardigan Bay, Pride of Wales, etc And a slightly wider lunch menu, including fish. Serving quick. Free genuine orange juice. The coffee a bit... More

We ate here three mornings in a row whilst staying at the Travelodge after having seen recommendations and reviews here on Tripadvisor. We were a family of four with two young girls and whilst not cheap (although I did appreciate the unlimited coffee...), the food was great, tasty and very filling. Service was fantastic - the staff are very helpful... More

We eat there two days running and it certainly deserves having its' 5 start food standards agency rating. The meals were very tasty - not cheap but the standard was high. The staff were excellent, friendly and dealt with everyone with the same professionalism. We watched one young man cleaning down a table - everything was verythoroughly cleaned, after each... More
