Breaktimes is ok. Clean and tidy and the welcome is fine. I've been on a couple of visits to Port. Let me say though that I'm a veggie and can't comment on the bacon or sausages but the veggie breakfast is just average. Beans, tomatoes, eggs and hash browns. It really could do with some livening up. Vege sausages maybe,... More

Thank you for your review and all your comments which we always take note of. We are however wondering if you did actually have our set vegetarian breakfast or if you made your own vegetarian choices as some people often do and which we are always happy to accommodate. Our set vegetarian breakfast which is on our menu comprises of;... More

Twice this year I've been to Breaktimes this year and both times the breakfast has been brilliant. The second I went with friends who hadn't been before and they couldn't understand how I could get so excited about breakfast! Now they know! Lovely food and great staff! I'm coming back to Porthmadog in March and I can't wait to visit... More

WOWEEEE after we found the café we were astonished at how clean it was, and reasonable priced for the amount of food and the quality of the food. The staff were fantastic. they were very busy when we went, but all in all our time there was about 1hr, which included us having 2 cups of tea :) fabulous, we... More

I heard good things about this place from friends so i decided to try it out. I didn't know what to expect only from word of mouth. The facilities are clean and tidy and the welcome was warm. Once we sat down i had a look on the menu and my jaw just dropped with the mountain of food that... More

Thank you for your review and for taking the time telling others about us. The Hercules is a serious monster of a breakfast, but remember if you finish it, then Goliath must become your next challenge...Almost half as big again. Or you may wish to attempt the undefeated, which weighs in at almost a stone with the plate and is... More

What can I say... The title says it all. But as this is a review, I will expand. If you want a solid, tasty breakfast (or bap/toastie lunch) with healthy sized portions, an array of options and fantastic and friendly service, them look no further. I live in Porthmadog (having moved here from NYC several years ago) and I can... More

What can I say other than thank you. But if we are as your title suggests, then it is only down to all the wonderful customers who pass through our door each day and spend there hard earned money. Thanks again for your review, it really means a lot and look forward to seeing soon Sharon More

Having read the reviews we stopped off on our way home and were not disappointed. The team there could not do enough for the kids whilst we were waiting for the breakfast to be cooked, which did not take long at all. The food was excellent and good value for money. When we are stopping in this area next time,... More

Husband checked out where to eat before we went to Porthmadog. We had a great breakfast with bottomless coffee and a glass of oj. I had poached eggs and bacon on toast, yum. Hubby had a bacon and saus bap. Couldn't fault the place. Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff and great food.

This was my second visit here, after a couple of years... It's still the same quality and service. A good English breakfast. I did have a "Goliath", which sounded nice - breakfast in a roll - but actually the bread roll added nothing, and was kind of inedible. A shame, I'll avoid that one in future. Maybe if it were... A Breakfast for Kings is what we aim for, but without customers to serve like you we would remain nothing. Thank you for taking time in writing this review on us More
