Arrived and parked right outside, probably would not have chosen this one if I had not read the trip advisor reviews. It looks ok from the outside but just not like the pretty setting I had in mind. I was out with a friend and we need to be at the venue for just turned 7pm so we asked if... More

I have been to The Windsor many times and have never had a bad meal. Yet again on my last visit the food was top notch! Not the cheapest food but its quality and I am a keen believer of you get what you pay for. In regards to the ale it is a tap house so all ale is... More

Drinks were superb, real ales were excellent and my girlfriend was more than happy with the summer fizz cocktail. The food was very good, in particular whilst not a dessert person the chocolate brownie was superb. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We had a lovely evening. Thanks

Popped in here for lunch, we arrived about 12 mid day or perhaps just after on a weekday. The place was pretty quiet, a couple of beer drinkers, but no one else eating. The menu is varied, but they dont have a specific lunch menu, only their A La Carte, and a sandwich menu. I ordered the steak and ale... More

Really enjoyed this venue. I took my wife here for our anniversary & although it was by no means posh (it was a pub/brewery after all) it was a very pleasant experience. Not cheap by the way but you get what you pay for & the meals(including scrumptious pudding) were very tasty - highly recommended. PS there is a little... More

This is one of those places that upon the first visit i was not too sure whether i liked it or not. A great selection of ales & ciders etc, but the place itself seemed to lack a feeling of warmth & comfort. After half an hour or so i felt that i wanted to move on somewhere else, &... More

Very tidy well run brewery, public house, and restaurant , always a very good selection of brewed on the on site ale ( visits can be arranged around brewery ) . Food is of good quality and well presented. On the down side on site parking is a bit difficult , But well worth a visit even just for a... More

We had a voucher for a meal and a drink at this restaurant/pub, and I must say It was one of the best meals I have had in this type of establishment. Russel, our host was very helpful in finding us a good table and even recommended some of the ales to have with our meal, you can also find... More

Visited Windsor Castle for food & just a drink, either way nice & friendly, food good value & very tasty (faggots & peas just perfect) & selection of beers really good. Good job I don't live within walking distance as I think we'd have a permanent seat!!
