Only ristorante in the town centre. Always busy, nice Pizzas but try the specials as well. House wine very drinkable . Free wi-fi. Staff friendly. Only downside is the compulsory table charge

We stopped here while touring the area. A cute little restaurant located in the town square. As it was a bit cool, we opted for an inside table. We each got pizza - very nice portions and delicious. We also enjoyed a glass of the house wine. The staff was very efficient. I would suggest this restaurant if you are... More

This was our 'local' whilst in gaolie. Lovely inexpensive well cooked food, perfect for a cheap lunch. We visited 3 times, each time good food. Try the black dough (yes black coloured base) pizza aicha with potato and sauage toppings. Sounds strange but fantastic.

This restaurant was a real highlight of our week-end in Chianti. This place had delicious, traditional, fresh food and friendly service at very inexpensive prices. It is a small family run business and they are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. They go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your meal. We had dinner outdoor and truly enjoyed... More

My partner and I ate in this restaurant last week and were totally blow away by the experience. Firstly the service was professional, fantastically friendly and most importantly kind! The staff were knowledgeable and obviously passionate about what they do. Then the food, all dishes were well structured, balanced with a real burst of natural flavour. The food was obviously... At 2:00 PM there is nowhere to eat in Gaiole. Trailing three hungry kids, I asked just about everywhere and the only place that agreed to serve us was Lo Sfizio di Bianchi. Not only that, but they were extremely kind and attentive- just the opposite of what we had found in Gaiole so far. And then, the pasta was... More

If you want a casual atmosphere, with true italian food, surrounded by locals, no touristic bs, that's the place. They even speak english. Really good food. I would definetely recommend it!
