We had such a great time at this restaurant that we went there twice! Food was excellent, I highly recommend the Pappardelle al cinghiale as primo piatto and il filletto di manzo with a big porcini mushroom on top of it! Wine by the glass was ok, but I was way more happier taking half a bottle of chianti. Marco... More

This experience has been one of our top dining experiences in Italy! Stunning vistas, wonderful food (and gluten sensitive), charming staff (Patrizia especially!). Suggest reservations if you choose to dine after 8. The dining experience is set in a beautiful medieval village. Walk through the church (takes your breath away to see the vistas through the church doors). The dining... More

We had a small evening meal here on a terrace overlooking a beautiful Chianti valley in Tuscany. The cheeses were fine, the gnocchi light and tasty, the beef was very tender and the Chianti house wine was very smooth, all topped with a rich Lemoncello. The meal was made all the more pleasant with the staff who were humourous, efficient... More

Was recently in the area for a wedding. The location is beautiful as the restaurant is on a cliff overlooking the Tuscan countryside. The owner is wonderfully kind and goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome and taken care of.

5 stars just aren't enough for this truly wonderful restaurant. In a typical Tuscan village overlooking a typically beautiful Tuscan horizon, Marco, Maria and their team deliver flawless food in a very personal and informal way. In a country that's blessed with fabulous cuisine, this is a place that makes you want to return time and time again regardless of... More

We stumbled upon this restaurant two nights ago (a group of two families both with young children) and we fell in love instantly. The ambiance is charming and authentic and the views are fantastic. This restaurant embodies Tuscany and every reason we decided to visit Tuscany. Anna Maria and her husband were beyond delightful and welcoming, they reminded us of... More

We were staying nearby and touring Barberino val d'elsa and had lunch at this restaurant. Outdoor seating with a view of the Tuscan hills that can't be beat. Authentic Tuscan food was very enjoyable with a glass of the house Chianti! I would recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.
