Just 15 km southeast of Trento, nestled in the shadow of the impressive Vigolana massif, this charming ristorante is a short drive from Caldonazzo Lake and definitely worth the trip. Just up the hill from Hotel Alpenrose...Tex is family owned and operated and it shows. The food is fresh and delicious. Pair any of the pizzas or red pasta dishes with the house red wine, a very nice combination.
