Great service

Top quality food and drink. Nice mix of traditional and modern Sicilian styles. Good music and warm atmosphere. What you'd want from a lounge bar in the Mediterranean.

This is without a shadow of a doubt the best bar/restaurant in Modica. Great wifi connection, the friendliest staff in town and delicious home cooked food. Highly recommended.

Great welcome, great atmosphere, friendly and the guy behind the bar is very knowledgable and was always happy to make conversation and get to know you. Great music too! We made it our local bar on our three day trip. Thank you!

We stopped by in the evening with a popular tour. The service at this place is amazing. Very interactive and friendly. The food is fresh, authentic and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit.

We went for an aperitivo. Nice place, lovely patron, he's very knowledgeable about local wine. We enjoyed our glass.

We had a few drinks here before supper in town. Drinks were accompanied by complimentary crisps and olives which were lovely. Try the unique Pino Colada with peach juice instead of pineapple- my partner had this as they had run out of pineapple juice, but it was delicious and she would recommend trying one!

We arrived with a thirst and we're well quenched with the local wine. The accompanying snacks were also tasty. We then ordered a plate of local cheese, grilled veges and condiments which didn't disappoint. Well worth the stop after the Chiesa Di S. Giorgio.

We found the Almenara on the third day of our one-week stay in Modica and after that we went there every night for pre-dinner drinks. The choice of wines is impressive and they are matched by an equally inspiring selection of snacks. The usual fare of salami and cheese is supplemented by a range of creative fruit and vegetable plates.... More
