Excellent pizza!

I personally don't eat pizza however my husband and his son said that these pizzas were excellent. They had a thin crust cooked correctly with perfect amounts of tomato, cheese and toppings. I didn't have a great deal to choose from but still managed a delicious meal of artichokes, fresh salad... read more

In a square next to a church this lovely little Ristorante is a lovely place to while away a couple of hours in the shade on a sunny day. Local specialities, not expensive, just 10 minutes walk from the special oil class at L'acropoli....miss neither!

My wife and I found this restaurant almost by accident. We were looking for a quiet, cool place to have lunch on a hot Italian day. Most restaurants were very busy so we strolled past them and eventually found a small, dark, almost "unloved" looking entrance to this restaurant. Well what a surprise on entering! We were greeted and welcomed... More

We ate a leisurely Sunday afternoon dinner here personally served by the owners who enticed us to have a wonderful dessert made by herself with custard and cherries. But the antipasto first was wonderful as was the home made pasta. The house wine was exceptional and the interior was just what an Italian restaurant should be. One of our best... More

We have enjoyed many meals in this restaurant, looked after by the owners. The food is fresh, local cheeses, cold meats, typical Pugliese cuisine, would recommend the antipasti and the house red - the wine is delicious, the best pannacotta!

Not much to look at on the outside but the inside is magnificent with arched ceilings, nooks and crannies and a floor which has been polished to amber by centuries of footsteps. Fresh vegetables, wine and oil on display ready for use. Excellent service: white cloths on well-prepared tables and decent sized glasses. Local Puglian food very much to the... More

We loved this place. The personal touch, the service, the food, the wine and the feeling of it all. We went back a few days later with my parents and they also loved it.

This is the second time we have eaten here and we returned as our last experience was a good one. Lots has already been written which is fair. We liked the ambience, the decent wine glasses and wine list. The portion size was small and not what we have come to expect from Pugliese restaurants however the bill was hefty... More

We returned here once again at the end of our first full day in Martina Franca and were not disappointed. The owners, whose daughter and her husband run Garibaldi Bistrot nearby, always remember us from previous years and their welcome is tremendous. Their food is really good and plentiful and service is attentive. A meal here is very much part... More

A quiet evening out with decent, but not o.t.t. food is what we were looking for. Garibaldi offered just that, delivered with excellent & friendly service.
