Neapolitan pizza

There is nothing fancy about this restaurant, but it serves good Neapolitan pizza at very reasonable prices. I recommend drinking beer rather than wine. The wine comes on tap (yes, like beer) and the white wine is that weird effervescent variety they make in Puglia. We asked for rosé and got a... read more

The restuarant features three smiling sisters in their youth on the menu. If they would maje a visit today, they would rather weep. The location and ambience is greate but the rest i a disappointment. Uninspiering food and very high wine prices. Classical tourist trap.

With a pizza oven in the restaurant and good pasta dishes this is a good restaurant. The menu isn't particularly full of local dishes they are more generic, but good quality and value.

The meal was fine and portions large, particularly a mixed salad. We ate an acceptable pizza and pasta. The restaurant is nothing special but ok. Don't recommend drinking the house red. The service was good and staff pleasant. There is no terrace and it got very hot inside. Interesting to work out who the three sisters were.

Admittedly, we did visit Le Tre Sorelle in the height of the Summer season when clearly, they were inundated with too many tourists and weren't coping. We were ushered in without a hint of a smile and thereafter the service remained poor. It took well over 10 minutes for a waitress to serve us, and probably as a result of... More

Went there twice. Excellent pizza, pasta and house wine. Extensive menu, lots to choose from. A very busy place but they somehow manage the traffic. It is a good alternative to multitude of seafood restarants with more or less the same choices. Perfect for a family with kids who are not into seafood. Located in a very busy touristy area of... More

I went to Le Tre Sorelle some nights ago after seeing it on Tripadviser. And I was very disapointed! I ordered a starter, which was okay. But from there it got worse. For main course I ordered a steak and asked it to be medium done. When it came, it was way more than "well done" and so I asked... More

great pizza with selected high quality ingredients. The restaurant is located in the very ancient historic center of Gallipoli in front of the diocesan museum. Very clean, accurate cleaning and service. Good Italian wine cellar. Why not try the appetizers and first dishes of Neapolitan cuisine. Good but the desserts I have tasted and my puff wife pastiera.

Gallipoli seemed to have such mixed dining reviews that we weren’t sure where to go. On the day we went to the Tre Sorelli we had already had a large lunch and also thought the prices seemed a bit high. Consequently my wile decided to just have a Caprese and I ordered a pizza. The Caprese was huge, fresh and... More
