The owner was such a friendly guy and even went out and bought us one of his wine carifs to take home. One final thing the toilets where the cleanest and best I... read more

Great Food and great Service! Went here in June 2014 and ended up eating here on 3 occasions, it was that good! The food was traditional Greek food and tasted great! The owner is very attentive and very helpful!

Eve Taverna is great place to sit back and relax and enjoy your meal away from the hustle of the Malia booze strip. The meal was great and if I were honest I have had much better meals elsewhere in the Malia area of the old town. But for what we paid it was ok, even thou the staff were... More

We were greeted by Johnnas ( spelling wrong ) the owner and were treated like family. We ate there twice and loved the place. Everything was done by the owner and was done to perfection. Great place to eat !!!!

We stumbled across the beautiful taverna whilst on our honeymoon. Ended up going a few times, food was home cooked and delicious, fish especially. Owner was very friendly and looked after us well! Would definetely go back next time.

Obviously not enough staff. I was shouted at because the waiter forgot to put Gin in my G&T, refused to eat raw fish which had not been cleaned and still had guts inside, I asked for traditional potatoes and was shouted at for requested a baked potato which I had not. I was then completely berated because I pointed out... More

We went twice to Eva Taverna, the first time we loved it so we had to come back but then we were a little disappointed. The owner is very nice and friendly but the service is not always good. The food is really wonderful, real family cooking. Nice terrace.
