We were a party of twelve and booked a table at Les Bruyeres. During our stay we visited it three times, each with a completely different feel to it. Once was while we went night skiing. There was plenty of choice and the restaurant was...easily accessible to all ability of skier. My father who does not ski was also able to join us, which was lovely. The food was varied and delicious. Self service slightly slow, but only to be expected due the volume of people and the fact it was fresh. Children had hamburgers and chips, some people had omelettes and all was great. To eat on a terrace with the back drop of the mountain was stunning.More
