Having eaten here before and at the other options in Connolly, this is by far the best and the other Tamarind restaurants do not disappoint! Tom Kah Chicken soup is a must! The bamboo chicken is also similar. All of the dishes don't disappoint and are better than most. It's rare to search through a dish for more noodles or... More

Late Sunday evening and after a long day out, we popped into one of our favourite Thai restaurants. We had not booked, and managed to get the last table big enough for the five of us. We ordered a mixture of both starters and main courses to all share. Highlights for the staters, the satay and spring rolls, these hot... More

I must say I am bit of a Massaman Curry man and this place didn't disappoint. The spring rolls were great as well along with the Thom Ghai Kai soup. Quiet little restaurant in the suburbs that is cheap with great fresh food a welcome change to Perth. Plenty of people getting take away which is always a good sign.... More

If I had wanted curry I would have ordered something under the curry heading. I hate curry. I ordered Lemon Chicken and could not eat any of it. When we questioned her about it she just denied it was curry. HELLO. The fried rice was a little greasy as well. My husband's pork dish was quite tasty though.

Lovely casual meal. Attentive service, great Thai food (some of the best I've had in Perth), reasonable prices and BYO wine and beer...what more could you ask for?! We'll be back for sure and would definitely recommend!

If you love a deliciously tasty meal - then treat yourself to this restaurant. The acoustics are terrible and the restaurant premises are very average but the food makes up for it. And a big bonus is it is BYO so you can get a nice bottle of wine from the liquor store across the road and not have to... More

Although the restaurant - or 'Rstaurant' as stated in the Tripadvisor official name - markets itself as Thai, it is broader than this offering dishes from a number of eastern cuisines; however, Thai cuisine dominates the menu. If you ever get chance to have Chef, Steven, tell his life story and how he ended up as a restaurateur in Perth,... More
