We stopped by during a drive through Ella and after reading good reviews. Staff were not all that interested in serving you, there were flies everywhere and food was average. Worth a try if youre passing through and require a quick feed but not something I'd make a special journey for. We went fo rlucn, so perhaps the evening is... More

Went here 4 times in our 2-day period in Ella. Everything about it was perfect. Particular thumbs up for the chilled out upstairs area with beanbags, the fact they showed the football, the excellent coffee, the *superb* banana milkshake! and the very friendly waiting staff. To be visited again and again.

After reading the reviews we decided we had to try the Chill pizzas and we weren't disappointed with the Hot and Spicy pizzas we had, the only criticism I have is that they could have done with a little more tomato sauce. The cocktails were excellent, passion fruit mojitos and the arrack cocktail were delicious. This restaurant is a must... More

We ate here after having a drink in the Cafe Chill the previous night and enjoying the atmosphere. We wanted a change from rice and curry and they seemed to have good choice. I ordered the Hot and Spicy Pizza which the hottest pizza ever eaten I thoroughly enjoyed it through the sweat! My partner and a noodles dish which... More

We had a great pizza, plate of veggies, and slice of tiramisu. Seriously one of the better thin-crust pizzas we've had, even in the States. Very pleasantly surprised here!

I've been to many restaurants in Sri Lanka and after two weeks for the first time I felt that I want to stay little longer after meal. The place is really chilling and has good vibrations. Food was really great, big portions and tasty. I even decide for dessert and I was really pleased. After all we took two more... More

We had dinner there and took a three hour cooking class the following day before lunch. The chef showed us how to make 9 different Sri Lankan dishes and it was hands on. The eggplant was my favorite! After that you can eat what ou have made. They also have good bruschettas and pizza and great mojitos. A must go... More

Ignorant waiters, strange ambient, not really what I expected. I could not chill out, because there were a lot of flies, because of the garbage collector, that is placed just next to one of the tables.

All the other reviews seem to be raving so I'll keep it short and simple Cool hangout joint, great 10 course rice and curry, fantastic crusty pizza, freezing cold beer, nice coffee, clean loo, friendly staff, not pushy, you can hang out for as long as you want ..... They have got it bang on.
