Sans rival yummy desserts

Nothing taste like sylvanas of sans rival Dumaguete especially right from the fridge. Second on my dessert list is their concorde cake and sans rival, original flavor. Of course the ensaimadas and sans rival spaghetti is a best seller.

One should not leave Dumaguete without trying their Sans Rival cake or Silvanas! The best I had ever!

Excellent place to relax after a stroll on the waterfront promenade in Dumaguete. Me and my partner both enjoy the ambiance and dessert selections available. The Silvanas are to die for when properly frozen. My favorite is the Tres Leches cake and the iced tea, but that is just me. Try it yourself and see. We have had no problems... More

We went to Sans Rival Cakes in Robinsons Mall and the tea (a mug) was 15 pesos and instant coffee (smaller cup) 15 pesos. The staff are very friendly and service is good, great place to people watch and relax. We also bought a whole banana loaf for 95 pesos which was delicious and had a cinnamon bun for 25... More

My boyfriend and I went there last year to celebrate our monthsary. Dumaguete is a calm and laid back city. One of the most visited restaurant is Sans Rival. This is not because it is overrated for tourists but the sans rival is just scrumptious! Other than sans rival, you will enjoy their menu, cooked home-made style served in dainty... More

What's the use of good food when staff can't even figure out how to seat you? In a place where at least 20 of the 30 tables are open, they want to seat you outside in the hot, sticky summer. I finally got a refund and walked out after 10 minutes of dealing with staff members who couldn't seem to... More

Sans Rival Cafe/Resto along the boulevard of Dumaguete is a MUST visit. The name is synonymous with the City and the school (Siliman). Try their popular sylvanas with coffee on the side. Same with all day breakfast menu. The place is almost always half full or crowded, a sign of good food. Service can still be improved. For me I... More

One of the best sans rival I ve ever had... not too sweet, multi layered, crisp merengue and cashew torte filled with butter cream. I just had to buy a few loaves of them in the airport to bring back to Manila. Don't forget to try the sylvanas! They're equally delicious!

We loved the chocolate chelsea-style buns. MMMM Found it within the useful Robinsons 'Mall' in Dumaguette.
