Every time I am in Dumaguete I head here.

I go there because ther is free wifi, I need a choice of food from a variety of countries, a nice ambience, a pleasant view albeit across a busy road. It is close to the ferry terminal and on Rizal Boulevarde. To find it just hop on a 'tricycle' And for just 8 pesos each the driver will find it... read more

We originally got take out to avoid the expensive restaurant dinner and we ended up coming here for diner and then breakfast. Considering the amount the location I found it inexpensive. The beef tapa was great the coffee above par and a good place to sit and have a beer.

Went to have lunch there. Staff were very friendly but the food took a long time to come and was the worst food I have had for a long time which is a shame as it has a great location nice place Best revamp the management and kitchen staff

cocos is a favorite meeting place partly because it is right across Rizal blvd from the "I Love Dumaguete" sign at the north end of the strollway along the ocean. kitty corner on the blvd are about 15 or 20 balut and tempura vendors that do business from about 5 pm to the wee hours. it is also right across... Food here is supposed to be Mexican. Not really a great Mexican menu, and some of the dishes are not what one would expect from a Mexican restaurant. But the food is not too bad. Prices are decent. Good Wi-Fi.

If you need a place that's not crowded for merienda, this is worth visiting. Foreigners like the place as well. They seem intrigued why local tourists like us where there. Customer service is good here. Do take note it was not peak time. The place gets crowded at night.

Dumaguete Ocean Boulevard Restaurant. From a distance it is a scarry ugly restaurant with old guys hanging out on the front patio. It was a big surprise when we went inside to a pleasant family friendly restaurant with fresh fish & chip, good chicken cordon blue, goulash, schnitzel w/ mushroom gravy, great potatoes:) , cheap cold beer, cheap fresh mango... This is my favorite breakfast place. You have a nice view on Rizal boulevard and the harbour. Personally I love their spanish omelette but the other dishes are fine too. One slight downsite...service is in general very slow...make sure you have time on your site.

Wondered what was going on as the Boulevard was packed full of people and traffic. A stage had been set up outside Coco Amigos and there were singers entertaining the crowd. Beers were cold - calamari ... Not that great. Service was efficient - accommodated our requests and moved our table and got us more chairs so we had a... More
