Description: Our resort driver (Antulang's driver) recommended we take our late lunch...
Our resort driver (Antulang's driver) recommended we take our late lunch here, it was very near the city airport, maybe 5 minutes away. It is like a diner type, really new and cozy. I know it's also a hotel or apartment or guest house of some type, but the name of the place escapes me. The restaurant is Gabby's, and their burgers and fries were good. The ambience was excellent, the staff just great. Do let me know once theyr'e on Trip, so I can give them the review they deserve.

Best adobo anywhere

My partner and I are in Dumaguete/Valencia to research the place for future visits. I found Gabby's Bistro on trip advisor and was convinced by the many positive reviews. We were looking for a restaurant that served adobo (my partner's favorite), and read a review that Gabby's had the best adobo... read more

Since they nicknamed Dumaguete City as the 'City of Gentle People', I thought they would be hospitable with tourists per se. When I came in for my first dinner in the city, servers were just looking at me and did not greet me nor lead me to a vacant table (note that there only few vacant left). With patience, I... More

The entire place is an art with all the decorations such as paintings, art collections, and others. Cool place for barkadas to enjoy breakfast. The platters we tried were really good and serving was hefty. We sampled Gabby’s Breakfast (Php185), Swiss Style (Php175), Baconsilog (Php165), and Tuyosilog (Php155). It's also nice to know that you can customize the egg that... More

Been here with my cousins and family. So far I love and enjoy the food. The ambiance of the place is very nice. Whats unique about this restaurant is every table they have a bell for you to call the waitress/waiter. Like Like Like. I would recommend this place.

Good food, reasonably priced and if you're a tourist, this place is the best "pa picture2" spot in Dumaguete. :)

My husband and I came here just about 3 nights ago. I'm not sure why a lot has complained about the "slow order" but we were satisfied with the service and over all dining experience. I love the interiors as well. We had their Cajun Chicken and a steak for my husband. It was superb for about P600 shell out!!!... More

Went on a business trip to Dumaguete. While there, my boss decided to let me try a famous restaurant. Gabby's Bistro is famous for its chicken meals. We tried a variety of chicken meals. My boss also said the place is famous for the Salo Halo, which is good for sharing, as it was enormous. All in all, we had... More

Went here for a couple meals. Thought the first time we ate here might have just been a bad day for the place since we heard so many positives..NOPE...meats were overcooked n dry...salads had wilted goopy lettuce...sides were so-so. The best part of the dining experience was the mango shakes and dessert...Id recommend the Oreo cookie sundae. Lastly, service was... More
