The taste is good & food is with less oil. After a deep in ganga, have a lunch here. Ask for Chotiwale which is on market side & not on the bank of the Ganga. Try sweet Lassi.

If you been to Rishikesh and not visited Chotiwala then you missed the one of the famous restaurant of the temple town. Please do visit and enjoy the simplicity and authenticity

We visited this place for dinner on 22 Aug.we ordered masala dosa. The food is not good vs the cost of the food. I will suggest folks coming haridwar to try other restaurant s.

For any one really interested in having the best of veg food.....this is it.....the food is fantastically fabulous. The staff is friendly and the ambience is gr8.... One should definitely try their dim aloo....its delicious....the price is rite and is very affordable. All in all...you want to have veg food....this is the place

To be very frank I generally do not write negative feedbacks. But though to write one due to the huge name of Chotiwala in Haridwar. It is a pathetic place, very high costs and very low quantity of food. In INR 70 they gave such measly quantity of rice and one 1 pakodi in kadhi and that too in down... More

Excellent food & generous pampering. Very near River ganges. Authentic North Indian Taste & value for money. Worth visitng second time.

Lot of hype for choti wala but now u get confused as found 2-3 chotiwals and got confused which one is real. Food is excellent the simpl north indian food, kadi chawal, daaal, rotu & all.

During my Haridwar visit I get chance to teast food of chotiwala. Food quality is good and not great. Quantity is also less. Not much clean place and full of crowed due to name only.

This hotel is very near to Hardwar Railway station. During earlier days this restaurant was very famous and one person with long choti use to sit out side the restaurant posing as a statue. We use to stare him for a long time and use to be highly surprised that the person did not show any movement for fairly long... More
