The problem with Chotiwala in Haridwar is that there are so Many..... You won't know which one is Original. The taste in each one is just Average (I tried two of them)... I would rather suggest you be sure about the original one before entering any... cause it will only disappoint you if not the real one.... There are other... More

Each restaurant claims they are the original. Food is cheap and heat & dust from outside is free. Nothing much to write about, it just has a good, probably subsidized place to run, with servers and waiters waiting on you. you have to pay cash first and get coupons, and a counterpart has to be given to the wait staff, who... A thali here or one square meal costs below 200 rupees but the taste is average.I expect more from this restaurant as this is believed to be sister concern of chotiwala restaurant in Rishikesh.Food is fresh and quantity is ok but taste can improve.

The restaurant, wide and spacious, seems to have been there... More

There at the entrance of the Hotel you will find a Chotiwala ( Saint with tail) inviting you. This hotel is very old based in Rishikesh Lakshman Jhoola.
