A fair distance from anywhere so make sure you allow enough travelling time - and even when you arrive, difficult to park and then there are all those steps (unless you arrive in style like many with a seaplane or private "boat"). But when you are there, an idyllic afternoon is guaranteed - so peaceful, tranquil and magnificent by the... More

If you're tired of the same old uber chique venue in Sydney, come here for lunch. This restaurant is smack on the waterfront in secluded Cottage Point and is straight out of a movie set, it's picturesque and utterly perfect. The view is spectacular and you feel as if the stresses of the city are thousands of miles away. The... More

Superb location but very limited menu and food strongly flavoured. Wine list is quite extensive but mostly unknown labels and expensive. Portions are small.

Great food and wine well worth the trip. Allow plenty of time to enjoy the drive through the national park.

We went with friends to Cottage Point Inn for lunch and what a great day we had. Waiters greet you on the path or deck as you arrive and welcome you as if guests to a home . We ordered and wandered off from our table to look at the views from this little gem sitting right on the water!... More

This is simply a great setting for lunch and the food is exquisite. The chef is creative and sourced locally. The service was first class and overall could not fault our experience.

I went there for lunch a Sunday with my wife and two children. We got good and delicious food through out and the location of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. But it's a mistake to serve a free of charge pre-desert consisting of molten blue cheese. Only myself liked it - nobody else in my family likes blue cheese. I... More

Been going here for many years. The new chef has taken the food to a new level. Impressive dishes with taste and creativity. Wine list has also improved. Setting is truly stunning especially on a sunny day. Expensive but worth it.

It was a lovely touch receiving a birthday email to enjoy a "2 for 1" degustation lunch. We enjoyed a lovely lunch on Friday and the food was yummy. Perhaps not as perfect as the first visit last December but that might be simply because the menu remained unchanged. I think it's so important for chefs to change their menu... More
