Arrived at their dock via seaplane to receive a friendly welcome. A quiet Monday lunchtime with only 4 tables taken meant very attentive service. Food was top notch on all 7 courses and 2 amuse bouches were sent out by the chef. Difficult to choose a favourite, maybe the pumpkin soup amuse bouche or the pork belly on the savoury... More

Having just returned home from my dining experience at The Cottage Point Inn today I feel compelled to document my disappointment with this restaurant. Firstly, the food was of a high standard although not as generous a serving as other comparable establishments. Secondly, and more importantly, there appears to be a problem with staff attitude. The level of service was... More

Lunch at this restaurant is to be remembered and even moreso as a guest of the owners. When dining with them list your brithday date for a very special luncheon and overnight stay on your bithday. We did and had a never to be forgotten lunch and night's accommodation.

My partner and I booked in for a 3 course Al La Carte lunch experience with a seaplane transfer. The experience from start to finish was excellent. The food came out at perfect times and the recommended wines were just as described. The food was well presented (we love the butter on the stone) and very tasty.. (I will never... More

We again enjoyed a wonderful opportunity to spend time with good friends eating superb quality food, beautifully presented by the best attendant waiters one could wish for and at the water's edge. Even on a cold winter's day the tables capture the sun and the rugs provided were not needed. We enjoyed lightly fried cauliflower florets with goats curd, I... More

We had lunch here for my Dad's birthday. The location is magical, service very personal and friendly. Our four kids came with us (aged 7-16) and they loved it. I had the market fish dish and it was divine, the rhubarb tart was delicious and all the little touches in between just added to it all. I would highly recommend... More

We stayed here as a romantic night away. This place was just amazing, possibly the nicest I have ever stayed at. The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing, compliments to the chef. The perfect getaway.

This is a great restaurant to take your better half and forget about the rest of the world. It is so lovely and peaceful (with no screaming children) you could stare out across the water forever, except you would miss Guillame's awesome food! Our favourite dish was pine mushrooms with crispy chicken skin, hazelnuts and an onion and garlic purée,... More

We visited the restaurant , for lunch, by boat - a 75 minute trip each way from Palm Beach Jetty, through a beautiful estuary. The same boat pucks you up 2 hours later, so we did not have time for the degustation menu (3 hours minimum). However, the meal we did have was one of the best we have ever... More
