I dined at the Flying Fish restaurant the night before I flew home to sydney with friends. The menu selection was great, service was impeccable, staff polite & friendly. The desserts were out if this world, fabulous!!! The atmosphere & surrounding of this beautiful Island were perfect. A restaurant that everyone should visit if travelling to Fiji, you won't be... Love the staff, very attentive when needed. Food was delicious. The setting is unique and well worth the visit. Menu was extensive and our various foodies all found something to enjoy.

Perhaps only second best to Ports O Call the Flying Fish is well worth the visit. It is when compared to many other restaurants in the island, a little pricey but we found that there really wasn't anywhere that could be considered cheap so paying the little extra was not such a great burden on the pocket especially given that... Visited this place as we are huge fans of Kuruvita. The good: location was actually quite nice, with tables in the soft sand and lovely staff. Nice breeze blowing through. The sandflies (?) made my feet a bit itchy though. The not so good: the food was disappointing to say the least. I went in expecting food that was tasty... More

We ate here a number of times throughout our stay. There was a great menu and the service was very good. Lovely eating on the beach.

We have just had one of the best dining experiences in Fiji, the setting is so beautiful, as the sun was setting we sat on the tables in the sand. The waiters were knowledgeable and service was warm and efficient. We were told of the specials and our order was repeated back to us. I had the tuna which was... More

We visited with a group of eight adults and two kids with our table located on the sand. From the moment you arrive you can tell the restaurant is a class above. The service was attentive and prompt which is sometimes missing in Fiji. I could not really fault anything the food was creative, beautifully presented and most importantly delicious.... More

We decided to dine here as we had been 5yrs ago and enjoyed it. This time we had our children with us so the fact they had a children's menu was an important deciding factor as we were sure they would be catered for, or so we thought! We walked in from a neighboring hotel, we were greeted by the... More

I was looking forward to eating here but it wasn't worth it. Very slow service, 1 hour for the entree and then another for the main. Wanted to eat my own arm. For the price the food was very average. I had calamari for the entree which was very chewy and a fish for the main that wasn't very nice.... More

This restaurant claims big things but delivers very little. Slow service, unpolished staff etiquette, very very ordinary food. However, the prices indicate one should expect excellence on all fronts, especially the food and service. Toe be honest, the poolside service at the Radisson (and McDonalds)kills it. The chap wearing the 'Manager-Restaurants was mooching around, seeming stressed and certainly not smiling... More
