Oh my goodness this place was a little piece of heaven in the area. We went for breakfast and were met by Gladys who made a point to learn our names, make us feel at home, and was full of warm Puerto Rican hospitality. We were ecstatic to find this gem. Delicious, fresh, wholesome food options. View is beautiful. Basil... More

Went with my family for a nice brunch after my daughter's graduation. I must say this place is very special. The food is really good and has what I call "country portorican hospitality". They will treat you like family. From fresh fruits from their garden, to homemade pancakes, to amazing penne pasta. The overall experience is priceless.

...and amazing spot. Gladys will treat you to such lovely food. It's clear she cares about fresh authentic cuisine for her guests. More than that, you are embraced in warmth. She'll greet you with a smile, you are seated, you enjoy a spectacular view. Her staff are so very kind. And you have begun your day in the best possible... More

Tripadvisor No. 1 ranking for Fajardo is well-deserved. Owner/host/surrogate mother Gladys used to run a B&B and now does breakfast and brunch. She welcomes you to her home as if you're her son or daughter returned from a year away at college. She makes everything from fresh local ingredients -- fruits from her backyard or the neighbors,' jam she made... More

My wife and I had the opportunity to visit Gladys and her restaurant for breakfast 2 days ago. The place is INCREDIBLE! The view is the best view around by a mile... As the name implies, you can see the water in almost every direction since it is on a peninsula surrounded by water.. But.. the best part if the... More

I vacationed in PR for 6 days in May 2014 and we stayed in an AirBnB rental in Luquillo, which is about a 10 minute drive from Fajardo... More

We visit Puerto Rico every few months and have made this a "must do" on our visits. Gladys the owner always provides the nicest welcome. I love outdoor seating and great food so Las Vistas works for me on many levels. We started with the fresh fruit platter and basil lemonade. I never thought to add basil to lemonade but... More

We stayed in Puerto Rico for a few days this time around, one of the goals for the trip was to find good authentic P.R. cuisine to introduce to the in-laws. We searched the web, found La Vistas Cafe in fajardo, Glady's was a gem. Her service and hospitality made me and my family feel at home. The food was... More
