I liked everything. The sandwiches were big and generous and the coffee was the best I've ever tasted. The staff was so nice and I was glad that they spoke English. I also tasted the lunch menu and it was really good. Everything was flavorful and delicious. If I ever visit Puerto Rico again, I plan on visiting.

Looking for a good hearty, quick breakfast & this was not it. Toast was burnt & charred, bacon was microwaved, sausage links were cold, pancakes tasted like cardboard, eggs looked and tasted terrible. Only good thing I had here was the bottled orange juice. Won't be coming back.

Locals & tourists alike dine here. Plenty of tables to eat in, or carry out available. Eggs, meat, bread very fresh. Great coffee. Lovely bakery counter with pastries & desserts. Plastic silverware & styrofoam plates make it fancy free, but pleasant service, good food & plenty of parking spaces @ reasonable rates make this our new morning stop. English translation... More

We found this from other Trip Advisor reviews - and while it was a little intimidating in the "town" and the restaurant was NO frills - the b'fast sandwiches were probably the best we've ever had, an incredibly inexpensive. Their coffee is NOT like US coffee - not for the faint of heart! :-)

So happy we found this little bakery. We ate breakfast here instead of at the resort. Great food and pastries and loved the coffee. Friendly staff and fair prices.

Though we were upset the weather was storming and the ferry to Culebra was cancelled, we thought we would stop here on the way back. This place is a gem! The staff is fabulous. Of the four meals, 1 took longer to cook, but the staff provided us with canolis on the house and were very apologetic. The food is... More

No frills, but fast and cheap. We got breakfast here three days while staying at El Conquistador and we're so glad we left the resort instead of going to the over-priced and busy on-site cafés, like we did last year. The sandwiches are cheap: a $3.50 ham, cheese, and egg on pan criollo makes for a great breakfast that can... More

Was close to the Fajardo Inn, so, took a chance with the family. Friendly staff, and ok omelets, but all pastries tasted day-old or worse. Pancakes and waffles were dry and boring, BUT, the prices here are dirt-cheap. Styrofoam plates and flimsy plastic ware.
