Good Seafood

The menu was varied and well thought out. I had the Paella del Mar which was a very good paella, if a little pricey. My wife had the swordfish steak (of which I had some bites) and it was excellent. We enjoyed the evening sea breeze on the outdoor patio.

Celebrated our 30th anniversary at Stingray and it was wonderful. The food, the service and the atmosphere. We ate outside overlooking the marina. The other resort restaurants have been good but this was clearly the best. Going back tonight!

Make your reservations well in advance of your trip because you do not want to miss out on eating at this spot. There is seating inside and outside, but you aren't going here for the ambiance, which is great, you are going here for the seafood. Our family ate a little of everything on the menu from spicy tuna to... More

My family had dinner here on Easter Sunday, on our first night in Fajardo. Given that it is a resort restaurant, you can expect high prices, and this place didn't disappoint. Its not outrageous, but its certainly overpriced. At least the food is very good, making up somewhat for the inflated charges. My filet was delicious - perfectly medium rare... More

Waited over an hour to recieve food. Said there would be a $5 upcharge for swapping out mashed potatoes and veggies for plain pasta for my 11 year old. Over priced food and not worth the wait. Try a place outside of resort for better service and food. Huge disappointment!

The Chilean seabass was excellent while the grilled grouper was dry and bland. Ordered the seafood soup at $14 which only contained about 5 small bites at fish. It did not contain any other seafood. Desert soufflés were very good. Wine selection nice as well. Overall, we spent $200 for 2 adults and 1 kid was not worth it.

hotel restaurants are typically vertices and underwhelming. Okay, so this wasn't cheap but you know when you are in a hotel on the edge of an island with now where to go it's going to cost. What was unexpected was the quality of the food and the service. We ordered a Walnut and Pear salad to share - which they... More
