The Stingray's Caribbean lobster with potatoes was one of the best meals I have ever eaten!!! It was perfectly prepared and delicious. My husband and I dined at Stingray twice while at El Conquistador and loved this restaurant. He loved his tuna and swordfish dishes and I also had a dorado (mahimahi) dish that was excellent. This was our favorite... More

My wife's favorite. We had lobster tail, filet, seared tuna, risotto and some wine. Over all, one of the best restaurant experiences in the caribbean. on par with the Sandy Lane in Barbados.

my husband and I had dinner after a long day at the beach.... we were greeted nicely and sat outside over looking the marina. There is also inside seating but the evening breeze was perfect..we enjoyed some seared tuna, maha mahi and a delicious panacotta pinapple dessert. We ate here twice due to not having a rental (big mistake). The first night it was good. The second night it was SLOW and average. The portions are small, and the prices are high. Bill averaged $100 for two both nights and that is with only one drink between us. Local restaurants are better! Visit La Estacion and Kasavista!!!!

Another great place to eat, this is on the fancy side. They have outdoor seating, which was really peaceful. Staff is friendly and the food was very tasty. Set up near the ferry, you don't have a great ocean view, but the atmosphere is very different from the other restaurants. Check it out if you have time and like good... More

This is by far the best restaurant we ate at while on our stay at El Conquistador. We enjoyed it so much, we ate there twice. The menu is outstanding, the wine list extensive, the atmosphere is wonderful and the wait staff outstanding. A must!
