We were staying at this resort, on the marina side. we visited this restaurant twice. I had the dorado which was very good. My husband had the scallops, which were also very good. They had reasonable priced wine bottles. Service was friendly.

Good seafood but a little expensive since it is at the resort. The chilean sea bass served with lobster risotto was $39 and very delicious.

Sat outside overlooking the marina. Our server Yadisha was lovely and so eager to please. I ordered the salad with pears and Gorgonzola and it was okay. I then had the seared dorado with yuca al mojo. Portion was small, fish was good, but yuca was cold. I wasn't sure if it was suppose to be cold, so I asked... More

The Stingray Cafe is located in the Marina near where the Palomino Island Ferry departs and it is fun riding the Cable Cars up and down between the El Conquistador Resort and the Marina level. The food is good, service was spot on and the decor was inviting.

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Atmosphere, service, menu selection, food, all excellent. Kids can order 1/2 portion of anything from the menu. Prices are high but you do get an excellent product. Dessert was excellent as well. You'll be hard pressed to find a better place for dinner in fajardo but expect to pay $80-$100 pp

We loved our stay at conquistador, but our dinners were decent, but way too expensive, and entree for $40, better be smokin awesome, and they were not, they were average, with small portion size, they use field greens and cheap starches to make your plate look full. I got the scallops, $32, I got 4 quarter sized scallops with field... More

The spicy shrimp appetizer was very good, as were the scallops and the sea bass. The sea bass was especially good and came with an excellent risotto. Great outdoor ambiance and the service was excellent.

We enjoyed our dinner here even though it was more expensive than restaurants off the resort. Really wish the resort offered some restaurant discounts, as we saw few diners and the food was good. I had a decent Dorado and my wife had a really excellent steak. Service was attentive and the location at the marina was very nice.

We went our last evening there, January 13. Some hostess of las casitas village recommended this marina spot for us, was telling that it's the best place to eat seafood in their cost. But our experience there were the worst. We ordered seabass(fish) for main dish. they gave us not fresh, smelly bad fish. We didn't want say anything, or... More
