I did my wedding here. It was excellent. The owner sold to another person and the food was terrible. so don't waste your time going here, this place is closed.

At Rosa's you will find very authentic local cuisine. It's not a fancy place, but the food is freshly prepared and the service is efficient. I have been to Rosa's 3-4 times and I was never disappointed. They make awesome "tostones" or fried green plantain. I will dine at Rosa's upon my next visit to Fajardo.

Great seafood, super service, dangerous neighborhood. Hard to get to, recommend a cab. Close to the coast.

Rosa has been around for quite a few years and it is a very nice for lunch with the family. It is a bit loud but the service is friendly. The seafood is good but I recommend asking for fresh snapper and order it fried. You will enjoy trhe dish.

We were looking for some "gourmet quality" local food and we found it! Chef Luis prepared amazing meals for us--The restaurant was a cab ride away (we were staying at El Conquistador) but well worth the travel. We started with an amazing Sangria freshly prepared with loads of fresh fruit (--some of it mashed to enhance the flavor) by Ruben--our... More

Take note correct phone # 787 863 0213. Incredible creative food, super service. Not your typical seafood place. Worth visiting.

We just came back from a late night dinner at Rosa's Seafood in Fajardo Puerto rico. We had been in Puerto Rico for more than a week looking to try some authentic or at least decent tasting food. We were staying at the El Conquistador Hotel and had eaten at both highly rated restaurants available at the hotel. Stingrays and... More

A nice little family restaurant that is consistently good. However it is over rated by those who say it is Fajardo's best, it is not. It is a little overpriced also.

This restaurant was ok. Food was good but not the best I tasted. It was tricky finding this place and you go thru parts of town that don't seem to safe so be very careful. They only had 1 waiter who was taking orders and serving the food and busing the tables and bartending. Poor guy was doing it all.... More
