Had two breakfasts here while staying at the hotel next door. Loved the decor (southwest/new age/very colorful) and the employees were friendly. My partner and I ordered the breakfast bowls one morning and the traditional breakfast the other. Best coffee we had on our trip to Vegas and Zion! Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Wow! If you've ever taken kids into a coffee shop you've probably noticed they're usually semi-accommodating at best. Not the case here. The staff was all awesome - so friendly and genuine. They were so sweet with our kids! It was so nice to get a good cup of coffee and healthy, light breakfast at a reasonable price and quick... More

Homemade soup, delicious panini. Small, local eatery. You order at counter, and they bring food to you! Quick service!

We had 2 scrabbled egg breakfasts. They were outstanding. Coffee and fruit smoothie were equally as good. A great relaxing breakfast.

Really liked this place for lunch and snacks. They will wrap your sandwich/wrap/burrito for your hike which is nice. We also enjoyed a smoothie after a long day of hiking for a pick me up that wasn't filling. Clean restroom too.

During our visit to Springdale, we developed a preference for Café Soleil. For lunch we had a beautiful salad full of fresh high quality greens, cranberries, glazed nuts and fresh cheese. The made to order Starbucks-style coffees and lates were just what we wanted. The café staff are warm and friendly. While we were there, the area was a bit... More
