We emerged from Zion National Park after a day of hiking and, on a whim, stopped by this restaurant...and are delighted we did. I had the Thaifajitas (or some similar conflation of fajitas and Thai) and my wife had the Indo salad. Both were, as noted in the heading, an imaginative blend of flavors and textures, and delicious. The waitress... More

Very nice Thai food literally right at the entrance to Zion National Park! Good presentation and freshness on our curry dishes. Nice job!

Wonderful Asian mix. We wanted everything on the menu but settled for the Springdale rolls and the banh xeo. Fresh, favorful ...just delightful. The banh xeo is a must. We will go back to try the other items.......

We ended up having our Thanksgiving dinner here at Thai Sapa after a half-day hiking inside Zion National Park. We were not surprised that the exotic restaurant was packed due to limited restaurants opening that day/night. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes we sat down and were greeted by our waitress, who is friendly and efficient. We ordered a large... More

Enjoyed out meal here in mid-Nov. We were early diners and it was a cold day, I asked if the heat could be turned up and within minutes we were nice & warm. They are very particular about using fresh, local ingredients in their dishes. Waitperson was knowledgeable about the food and willing to give his opinion/recommendations based on the... More

The menu is not large. Which is a plus, since the cooks can concentrate what they know best... Asian food. And it sure is good food! Even my wife who gets dragged along with me to new restaurants, is not a fan of Asian cooking loved the stir fry. Service is fast and friendly.

Over these many years, Springdale (Utah) has finally risen to the challenge and now provide travelers with restaurants and meals other than just "standard" or diner fare. One of the very best surprises in town is "Thai Sapa," a sort of Asian fusion restaurant, which emphasizes several classic Thai, Vietnamese and Indian dishes. Ambience here is nice and quiet. Prices... More

We arrived in Springdale late on Wednesday night extremely hungry. Without reservations or wanting to wait over an hour for our food we encountered at our first two attempts at finding food, we stopped at Thai Sapa. What a great discovery. Service was prompt and staff were friendly stopping several times to visit and make us feel welcome. Food was... More

Finally tried this place and loved it! I forget the name of the dish I had but it had a crepe-like wrapping and was fantastic. Great service too. You should try this place - you will go back.

We are a vegetarian family and typically hit the local Thai place on most vacations. This place exceeded our expectations because Springdale is a small town which sometimes can be hard to find quality ethnic foods. Most of the food is organic or grown in a local garden. The staff are great. We rec the curry dishes and we also... More
