Good Thai food, reasonably priced. They cook with home-grown vegetables, straight from their garden. Limited wine list. Friendly staff. Compared to other Springdale restaurants, a very good value. If I lived on Springdale, I'd be a regular customer at Thai Sapa.

I don't know why I'm driving around national parks and national monuments in southern Utah and craving Thai food, but there it is. This place had a varied menu, with lots of vegan options, friendly staff, and accommodated making changes to ingredients. My main course was beef pho, a Vietnamese soup. It was chilly out and I felt the broth... More

We were surprised to find an asian restaurant in Springdale. It doesn't seem like the kind of place where you would find ethnic food. So, we decided to give it a try. We were disappointed. Where we live there is an abundance of asian restaurants, many of which are outstanding. Thai Sapa just did not meet our standards. I had... More

Spent a great day in Zion National Park and really wanted to avoid the standard type of mea after our hikel: brewhouse, pizza etc. This was a great find and met all our expectations and then some. Our server (Shannon) was FANTASTIC. She was extremely knowledgable of the menu and made great recommendations. In fact, she even helped sort out... More

The 5-star rating is due to finding a very good Asian restaurant in this remote location. We very much liked the mix of different types of Asian food, not just Thai. My husband ordered the chicken pho, which he liked very much, and I had the green papaya salad, as I wasn't as hungry. I really wanted to try the... More

With a pleasant welcome from the hostess, we were rapidly seated to savor a dish that was really delicious and genuine. This cooking leaves delicate tastes in mouth. The desert was simply excellent. Do not skip the "vietnamien" expresso for a final summum !

By the time we found Thai Sapa, we had had our fill of steaks, chops, chicken and burgers. We expected a decent Thai restaurant. We were astonished at how wonderful it turned out to be. We returned again for a second time to taste more items on this terrific menu. The first night we started with the springdale rolls, which... More

We went in without expecting much from this place given that we were not necessarily in a big metropolitan known for diverse culture. But the food turned out pretty decently. Make sure to ask for pickled chili peppers made freshly from the owner's own garden. I almost finished the whole thing - it went great with Pad Thai and chow... More

Before I was finished with my dinner (shrimp in green curry) I was already planning my next visit to Thai Sapa. The food is amazing, the service is quick, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I've eaten there twice in three days and hope to go back again tonight. It's the perfect meal after a long day hiking in Zion.
