We had heard before our trip that the restaurant was closed. Tripadvisor should have a way to identify facilities that have closed.

The atmosphere/view was amazing and the food was fresh and yummy. We even took the kids and they enjoyed it too!

Yes, we, too tried to visit Parallel Eighty-Eight (drove past the address several times before realizing it just wasn't there), and finally went into the Hotel to inquire. It's just no longer there. The chef isn't there, and the restaurant isn't there. Sorry. It really sounded good.

upon arriving, we wanted to eat here... upon check-in we were told they were closed? I'm just curious if it is closed for good, or they were just closed for the week we were there? I noticed the Driftwood was open for business?

Had a really nice dinner there. Food was great- surprising for location. Had a great view of outside and saw there was a small table under a tree outside which seemed very romantic.

Had a great New Year's Eve dinner. The place was busy but we were never rushed. Excellent salmon, steaks and dessert. Looking forward to coming back in the Spring of 2013.

We went here for NYE dinner. Sounded like they are normally closed for the season but open up between Christmas and New Years. Overall I found the food and the experience mediocre compared to what they are trying to be. I had a pear salad which was good and not over dressed, but the pear was hard and not ripe.... More

We came into Springdale after a loooooooong drive from Bryce with alot of unexpected (forced) stops, so we where pretty tired at that point, we checked in at the Driftwood Lodge and we really just wanted to eat something and go to sleep. The more surprised we where when we entered the Restaurant where we expected something Burger & Fries... More

After a wonderful day of hiking to Observation Point in Zion National Park, I celebrated by having dinner at Parallel 88. The main dining room was booked with a private party, but no matter: I was seated at a nice secluded table near the bar. This was perfect for me to finish writing in my hiking journal and still feel... More
