Full service supermarket, convenient location, friendly staff.

Sol Foods is a medium size but apparently full service supermarket. We didn't try their prepared foods, but on a couple of stops we were happy with their fresh fruits and vegetables. Big selection of trail snacks plus the usual supermarket wares. Staff was friendly, never waited long in line. We... read more

Great place to pick up some pre cooked food and eat outside and a nice sunny day. They have a few tables and chairs. The groceries are all very Fresh and presented with a country style. They had some tasty sweets as well.

Had everything you need for a day on the trails at reasonable prices. Great variety of trail mix and other healthy snacks. They also make fresh sandwiches to go. Don't go to the Subway that may open soon... go to Sol Foods and support a family run business.

This is the place to go when you need anything at the market. Just be sure to look at the sell by labels. We picked up some hostess products that were reduced for sale, but the products were a month past the sell by date. Other than that, these guys have everything you need while camping or hiking in Zion.

Sol Market seems to be the main place to buy market goods so we expected prices to be higher. It's open till 11pm. We came multiple times for drinks, snacks and ice cream. It's a nice little market when you need to supplement your hiking goodies & sundries.

Forget chain stores and the like, we got great sandwiches here, made to our liking with great service too. Excellent salad bar, with lots of choices AND soup!

I get the whole "we're the only game in town" concept, but this grocery has a challenging basement parking garage, limited selection, and prices that are at least double what we pay at home. Next time we'll plan ahead and buy in St. George.

I have never reviewed a grocery before, but this one really stood out. The staff is wonderful - engaging with the kids, joked with the adults. Very friendly. We purchased sandwiches here each day before our Zion hikes - they had a great selection of easily portable food and they make sandwiches to order. The prices were very reasonable. Just... More
