It's always nice to have a down home type of grocery store to get supplies while on the road. Sol Food had great prices and very extensive choices

Fair selection of essentials for a brief stay in the area and some interesting organic options, but it seemed every aisle had a "you gotta be kiddin' me!" price on something. I'd recommend stopping in St. George or Hurricane on the way in rather than saving your grocery list for Sol.

This was our go to place for groceries and supplies. They have a very good selection and prices seemed reasonable to us. Great easy parking underneath as well!

Better Grocery store in Springdale. Foods are fresher and more choices! They also sell liquor and beer. A bit of a hardware store next door. They have a butcher/meat counter. Our first choice in aquiring groceries for a longer stay!

You will find everything except wine of course since it is Utah and only the state can sell real beer, wine and liquor. But you will find everything else you need for a gourmet feast or a wonderful picnic. Just a great place.

Two problems: overpriced, terrible service. I had to go find a cashier to pay for my very overpriced ice-cream, and when I found him, he finished his conversation with a fellow employee before he came to the register, then acted annoyed.

Stopped in to get some sandwiches for our hike. The service deli was fantastic. The woman helping us made us turkey wraps with spinach and Thai peanut sauce that were delicious later that afternoon. Prices were reasonable and it's a grocery store so nearly everything you could want is right there, including healthy snacks. Great bumper stickers, too!
