There was a "10 minute" wait for dinner so we were shown to the bar, where the hostess proceeded to forget about us. After 30 minutes I asked when we could expect to be seated. She showed us to an empty table right away. This place is very pretentious. They have an extensive wine list with nothing worth drinking. My... More

We had dinner with patio seating. The salmon was really good. My husband had the spaghetti marinara, which he said was only so-so. A little pricey, but to be expected in a tourist area.

From its appearance The Spotted Dog appeared to be a casual restaurant. However, it was actually fine, tablecloth dining with a good wine list. Food and service was excellent!! We enjoyed after a day in the park and would highly recommend to travelers in the area.

We were exhausted after hiking up Angels Landing and needed a substantial dinner. This place was perfect. I had the ruby red trout. It was outstanding, tasted a lot like salmon. My husband had some BBQ dish which he enjoyed. The place looks fancy, but it offered pitchers of beer, so we were happy with that!

i was shocked when a place called "Spotted Dog Cafe" (which sounds like a casual eatting establishment), turned out to be a high priced very pretentious place. Our waiter was spewing pretentiousness with his robotic speeches about how excellent the food was. We had a party of 6, so the 20% gratuity is already added, but our waiter made such... More

We ate here having seen many positive reviews. Our waiter seemed helpful and enthusiastic about the food. He would be - the bill carries a service charge of around 18% (details not to hand at the moment but we were horrified at the time). The food was average,(a panna cotta pudding with balsamic vinegar was dreadfully misconceived) and the bill... More

Service , view, Food all the best in town! We go there on every visit to the park. Filet and pasta favorite. Eat on deck for best view.

My wife and I had the opportunity to wrap up our 2 days in Zion with a dinner at the Spotted Dog. This came as a high recommendation by our B and B owner. What a great meal. Our waiter was amazing, knowledgeable and very professional. The food was delightful, and service very appropriate. The entire dinner was an enjoyable... More

Nicely designed interior, great atmosphere with a very good location. In spite of all these good features bellow average pricy food made us disappointed.
