Cutest little restaurant with a neat name

I wanted to go here because I thought the name was cute, and to my liking, the food and the waitstaff were really great, too!! We sat outside, which overlooks the gigantic, gorgeous mountain..its on the street which makes it fun to people watch too!! The hummingbird feeders they have out are... read more

I usually choose restaurants by reviews, this one was ranked pretty high, with some mixed reviews. The restaurant seems to be overrated. Food was good but not extreme good. I choose the specialty Rocky Mountain Trout, it was ok, a bit dry/overcooked. Prices were reasonable, not over the top high. The waitress seemed a tad impatient.

It was enjoyable eating at a restaurant this good in a tourist town. Service was super fast, attentive, and courteous. Food was excellent and reasonably priced.

Went to this establishment as it was one of 3 places that had a full bar. Casual dress fine dining. Prices as expected for this type of dining. Food was excellent. My wife usually hates lamb, but absolutely loved my lamb shank. It was unbelievably tender and fall of the bone. She has the filet mignon and it was also... More

This is a classy restaurant, especially for just outside a National Park. Reminded me of fine dining at the Yellowstone Lodge by Old Faithful. Short ribs in Jack Daniel sauce was delicious. Wife said spaghetti & meatball was among the best she ever had. A little pricey but worth it. Extensive wine selections and outstanding service.

This is a fairly "fancy" setting, which caught us off guard based on the setting and the outside seating but the food was great. I would say if we went again we would dress up slightly more than we did coming off the trails for dinner.

We found the food to be very good, especially considering the fair pricing on all the meals. Some of the best food we've eaten. Portions are good sized. The meatloaf was excellent. Service was excellent.

The restaurant is close to the entrance to Zion and right across the street from the Quality Inn and RV Park. The restaurant is cozy and inviting. There is an open patio (no shade) in front facing the street. I sat in the small bar area. The restaurant was not crowded at the time that I was there and this... More

Fantastic Dinner very close to Zion. We ate here both nights during out stay at Zion National Park. The dinner menu is small, but that's a good thing, it keeps the dishes decent and means they produce quality food each time. The menu is very reasonably priced and it really is fantastic value. The wine menu is also great and... More

We had a lovely time at Spotted Dog Cafe! The restaurant is great, the food flavorful and the service outstanding! At first, the ambience is upper scale but we ate our delicious meal in our hiking clothes and Our waiter,  Chencho was very patient and friendly as we ordered wine and chose our meals. Also, Mayra was excellent!
