The help was really friendly, but you have to ask. The maps are sort of hard to read and follow. ASK someone.

The room was like a cabin, with timber looking furniture. Ice readily available on the patio. Lockers to keep out the bears whilst we checked in. Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttles all around the park too. Loved it. A bit over priced but worth it
