Not your standard national park hotel restaurant. The food and service here was exceptional! I love bacon and eggs, and my meal was perfect, my grandson had pancakes, and they were light and fluffy and enough to fill him up (which is hard to do) My husband had eggs benedict and said it was the best he had had in... The menu was very current, offering vegan meals with quiona. Prices were reasonable and service was excellent as well as seeing this beautiful, vintage hotel.

While the ambiance cannot be compared to the Ahwahnee (but, what can?), the food is actually significantly better. The flank steak was close to perfect, with mashed potatoes and perfectly cooked al-dente vegetables. The day-boat scallops were also just right: not over-cooked to toughness, and not under-cooked to resemble sashimi. The sauteed onions, daikon, and celery were, with a couscous... More

Pricey but ambiance and staff excellent. Blueberry pancakes to die for! Good wine list with suggestions for choice with meal.

After a long day in Yosemite, we stopped here to eat dinner. The dining room was not at all busy and we got right to a table. I liked the paring on the menu with wines and I ended up ordering the pot roast, which I believe is their specialty. I do have to say this is the best pot... More

On our first morning we were heading to the Mariposa Grove and the Sequoias and this hotel was perfectly positioned for a breakfast stop! This hotel has a real colonial feel (I wish I had stayed here), and they welcome non-residents to dine in their restaurant. Great dining room, good breakfast choices and very welcoming staff.

After eating at the Ahwanee bar, this place was a steal! There were several good lunch options that were reasonably priced, given its location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating (we had three kids in our party). The food was solid; this place is definitely worth stopping by if you would like to eat inside the park.

The food is good , presented well and the staff are very pleasant. It was disappointing to have the chef's special the same for two nights. I was only there for three.

Had the turkey meatloaf. It was exceptionally well spiced. The half portion was generous. The continental breakfast (included in your room rate) was tasty and filling. My husband did add an egg to his breakfast for a small fee.

we had diner at the Wawona. The food is a bit expensive but worth it. The service is just like breakfast chaotic. It seems that they are not able to manage a restaurant properly
