Tuolomne Meadows was a 1.5 hr drive for us, so after a whole day of lolling about the meadows and Lake Tenaya, we started to drive back, wondering what we were going to do about dinner. We had noticed signs for the Lodge on our drive up, so we decided to pull over to see if they had a restaurant.... More

We were lucky to stay in a hard side cabin for 2 nights, and it was very nice. Rustic as expected and the bathrooms could use some updating, but perfect for what we were looking for. We weren't exactly looking forward to the "family style" dinners, but it actually went very well! The food was very good both nights -... More

We had entered the park at 0600 and by the time we reached the White Wolf Lodge turned off were ready for a morning meal. The little country café was a treat and the breakfast buffet was nice. Price per adult $12, child $8 under 5yrs free. It provided for a nice stop and break before hitting the road to... More

While we did not stay here, we made a last minute reservation to have dinner here. We had no expectations about this delightful and quirky meal experience. It is European to the core. You will be seated with strangers and have a family style experience, with only one menu choice. They will accommodate vegan, dairy, gluten and other allergies, as... More

This restaurant gets overlooked because it is out of the way. And many people do not realize that the restaurant is open to everyone. You do not have to stay in the lodge to eat here, but you do have to book in advance. But it is worth the pre-planning as we truly enjoyed our meal. A big surprise given... More

This is definitely the most memorable dining experience in Yosemite for me. First, if you are staying at White Wolf Lodge for the night, this is the only restaurant, and you need to make reservation. Every table has only 1 seating, and they seat max 8 people at a time every 15 minutes from 6-8pm. That's it. It's a four... More

As a hungry backpacker, nothing could be better. After a long day on the trail, what an exquisite pleasure to go to the White Wolf Lodge. We stayed in one of the wonderful canvas tents (equipped with beds, linens, blankets, pillows, a table, chairs and a wood stove to chase away the chill in the morning) and ate at the... More

Food is served family style at this quiet restaurant, giving you a chance to chat with other travelers and compare notes. Good quality food, fresh ingredients and plenty of it. Our server offered everyone additional bowls of soup, salad and sourdough bread. The menu is fixed, so you don't get a lot of choice, but you can choose just soup... More

This is a great place for dinner that you wouldn't expect in a National Park. Upscale so it will cost a lot more than a hot dog and chips. It was worth the trip over from Curry Village.

The buffet style breakfast at the restaurant is well worth the money. There are not a lot of dining options and prices are steep for food in general in the park, but the breakfasts here offered a huge variety of healthy foods and will keep you satisfied for quite a few hours. The fresh fruit salad had huge blackberries, raspberries... More
