They prepare a good sandwich.

November is uncrowded in Yosemite. Likewise there were no long lines at Degnan's. Choices are more limited than in summer, but you can still find a sandwich to your liking, including vegetarian. The ingredients are wholesome. Degnan's is situated in Yosemite Village close to the visitor center... read more

We took two free bus tours of the park and in between sampled the delicious freshly made sandwiches and drinks. Excellent value in a tourist spot where you could easily have been ripped off. Eat in or out.

Many of the eating establishments in Yosemite Valley are closed in the winter. Degnan's Deli is a nice place to stop for lunch if you're not out on the trail somewhere. The deli sandwiches are big enough to share, and the soup is delicious. We had a margharita sandwich (mozarella cheese, fresh tomatoes, basil, spring greens and vinagrette), Mediterranean Veggie... Our first impression on the menu board was, "that's it?" We decided on the roast beef dip and asked for horse radish. The server said they were out of it but then remembered they had horse radish mayonnaise (actually worked out real well). The sandwich was really good and came with a container of fresh fruit. The dining area is... More

I was delighted when I saw the chilli bowl available for lunch, chilli being one of my favourite wet weather lunches, but I was completly underwhelmed. It was a very poor rendition of chilli and didn't have a lot of flavour, even to the point of being quite sweet. For the first time I was unable to finish a bowl... More

We were there in Nov 2015. Seems like the only option for lunch. Price is 7-12 usd. We ordered the specials which is pulled pork and it was a tad too salty. Portion so big that we ate it over two meals.

When we first walked into the deli - the line wrapped around the entire store. We waited about 30-40 minutes to order our sandwich and then found a place to eat our lunch. While we were eating our lunch a wild deer walked right up to our table - how cool is that?? The food - oh my! The sandwiches... More

The sandwiches are freshly made and reasonable for a national park. In winter, it has a corner on the market. Offerings are varied and tasty. But little hot food...chili, hot dogs... In summer when you want to hit the trial early, they are open to make your lunch. In winter they are a warm haven with a corner fire.

Decent deli for a Nation Park concession. Not just your basic ham and cheese, either. Some interesting sandwiches and a friendly staff. We were there in October, so not as busy as the summer crowds. Good to pick up and hop on the shuttle and go someplace for an impromptu picnic.

Deli sandwiches are the boss; they offer various breads and ingredients to choose from; service was good; definitely self service and seat yourself; prices are reasonable for a tourist area.
