We arrived late and the main restaurant closes at 8pm so we went here and watched game 1 of the world series with a lot of others, it was full. Your menu choices are pretty limited to a couple sandwiches and or soup. I flew in from NC and drove 4 hours here so I would have eaten wallpaper. It... More

My wife and I went to The Mountain Room Lounge to have a drink while waiting for our table at the Mountain Room Restaurant. The lounge is very rustic with many flat screen TV's mounted on the wall, the 2014 MLB World Series was playing. The service was excellent.

Overall service was a bit slow but not complaint-worthy. A great place to hangout with family/friends especially in the evenings when most places in the area are closed. Very comfortable and warm atmosphere with a central fireplace and a casual log-diner ambiance. A short menu list, but a very good selection with modest prices for its location. Surprisingly good food,... More

Great environment. Loved the firepit in the middle. TVs everywhere showing the current games was great. Service was a bit slow but it was pretty busy so that's forgivable. Food was pretty good, well priced. Great beer and wine selection. Try the Mammoth Double Nut, VERY tasty.

Food and drink were quite good. Very clean and well presented. Service was rather slow. Overall a good choice for a drink and munchie.

Located near the food court at Yosemite, the food here is much better. A definite longe type atmosphere with sports on television. Service was good along with the food.

When I ordered the Ahi Tuna Salad at $18 the server actually told me that it is a very small portion with only 3 slices of Tuna - obviously trying to get me to order more. When it came, the salad covered a dinner size plate and the 3 slices of tuna were 1in wide and 3" long. So this... More

So, after a long drive and a lengthy check-in process, there we were, in a bar, in an NP, having a beer, watching playoff baseball, and enjoying the menu... The sandwich and salad to share were amazing. Jill is a class act, and such an ambassador. Loved it.

Too expensive; poor quality food. Service was good. I don't mind spending a lot of money for a good dining experience. This was not it. We were married 40 years ago and had our reception at The Ahwhnee, so it isn't as if I don't have fond memories of it.

The setting of this dining room is beautiful, as it is appointed with gorgeous photographs of Yosemite. My friends love the trout. I had a wedge salad (huge!) and onion soup. A place to have a special dinner within the park that isn't the dining room at The Ahwahnee Hotel (which is also delicious).
