Very relaxed and good value

We ate here both nights we stayed at the Yosemite Lodge and enjoyed both visits. It's a kind of sports bar with TVs tuned to sport channels so it can be a bit loud but service was good and food was very nice, as well as good value.

Definitely average! Menu is poor for a facility like this. Drinks menu though is good! They allow children in until 2200 which is also a good thing...although eating here is probably a no-no.

Food was average. Ate their twice because of convenience. No extras like sour cream, tortilla chips, or crackers with you chili. Good beer! Great waiter on the first visit, and HORRIBLE waiter on the second.

One of only three bars in Yosemite, the bartenders are friendly and helpful. Music is always playing and you can watch sports on one of the many TVs. They have some food offerings, which are pretty basic, however, you can actually order off the Mountain Room menu, across the courtyard and bring it to the bar to eat.

-Great staff. Everyone was smiling and seemed to be happy. -Friendly management. I never spoke to a manager, but they seemed to be very active in the procedures of the bar/restaurant and had a good report with the staff. -Perfectly prepared cocktails. Perfect. So good. Strong, but not over bearing. -Reasonable prices. About 30% less than Ahwahnee. -Fun atmosphere. Cute... More

Our family of 18 had a wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent, try the trout. Food is locally sourced and much of it organic. Adult beverages were excellent.

I am sharing another Mountain Room experience to add to last year's. Again, the quality of the Mountain Room has fallen so far from our past experiences, it is very annoying that they are one of the few nice places to eat in Yosemite. Starting with 45 minute wait on Sunday night for five people. We finally got seated and... More

Great food and super service. Really knowledgeable about the area. Beautiful views of the mountains from a huge floor to ceiling window.
