Lovely setting, average food

We had lunch here on our first full day in Yosemite Valley, and despite the lovely setting, it was only average. It's sort of one-step-above fast food, but doesn't quite get there. Just called in here for a quick snack after a short walk around the park. It was surprisingly tasty. We had a burger, chicken quesadilla and a couple of teas. The peanut butter biscuit was amazing too. Maybe it is just that all food tastes good after a walk but we would say definitely stop here for lunch.

The burgers are not bad and you get to pay for it... A bit overpriced for what you get, but i guess its not that bad considering it got to be transported all the way up there!

I'm not sure if this is the correct place. I'm writing the review for the Burger Grill at Curry Village. It's located between the Mountain Shop and the general store. This was the cheapest meal option that I saw. I was there in April so some things weren't opened - but the Food Court at the Lodge was charging much... More

We split a fish burger and fries and it was more than enough food for two people. It was kind of hard to find the grill. It's behind the Village grocery store. Fast service even when there was a line.

We went to the Village Grill twice while in Yosemite and had a good experience both times. The menu has the basics – burger, dogs, chicken strips, but also has some nice touches like salmon burgers, chicken pesto and other welcome changes from fast food. The combos have a nice choice of veggie sticks, fries or sweet potato fries (+$1.00).... More

Spent a week at Yosemite and ate at all the different choices. This was our favorite but only open from 11:00am to 5:00pm. You can buy sandwiches alone or as a meal. Meal comes with choice of fries or veggie sticks with dressing. For an extra dollar you can get sweet potato fries. Much better choice than the Food Court... More

The food is very good. The selection is varied and the service was good for the most part. The fellow in front of us and the server had miscommunication as to his order but the server handled it graciously. The seating is outside. I would recommend this place to families.

The village grill, doesn't look like the picture above, and is a great place for my family to stop and grab a bite to eat. I recommend the Pesto Chicken. It is on shuttle stop several shuttle stops and right next to the big village store. The Grill was recommended by our shuttle driver and we were not disappointed. Thank... More

Have visited 2 times(2010 and 2013). Both times the food was great. Had bacon burgers and the pesto chicken on ciabiatta roll. Would go back for both!!!
