OK, maybe my title is a little unfair. The place is clean and cashier was pleasant and efficient, and it isn't like you come here for fine dining, but these people clearly recognize that they have no other real competition other than a more expensive and arguably more upscale restaurant in the same building. What they don't recognize is that... More

Over priced, fast food quality, under staffed, unclean, long waits. You name it this place basically sucks. Of course your in YNP and Xanterra horrible management cames into play.

If you don't want to spring for the big dollars required to eat at the dining rooms in either the Inn or the Snow Lodge, this is a good choice. Certainly not fancy, but with much better food than at any fast food place. Friendly staff who will accommodate your wishes.

Stopped here after coming back from a hike and before the ranger talk at the visitor center. The food was very good and best part was the quick service since since we had very like time to spare

Like most fast food places they can be hit or miss for the most part. Our visit mid sept 2013 around 7pm, I wanted something hot (like a burger) Not pre-made sandwich. My wife was not so hungry only wanted some of my fries. The grill is in the snow lodge in the front of the building. Its easy to... More

Had very good burgers for lunch while visiting the Old Faithful area. The staff was helpful and friendly even though the place was packed with people. For mid- September the park was very busy and so were the restaurants.

Service was quick and food was ok for fast food. Slightly pricey for what it was but expected with eating at restaurants in the park.

We all had hamburgers which were very tasty. Lots of condiments to choose from. Good value and quick service.

When you're hungry in Yellowstone, you don't have the choices outside the park and I am willing to sacrifice to be in the park. But Geyser Grill's food is perhaps the lowest you can go. My grandson got chicken strips and fries and for a hefty price, it was dry, and tasteless. I could have easily done better with frozen... More

Really crappy food. Fries were awful. Sandwiches were made hours earlier. Burgers were frozen patties. Salad was small. One plus: Drinks were refillable. You would be better off in the cafeteria--at least you have more edible choices.
