Was excited to be having a few dinners and breakfasts here as I was not very pleased with the food choices in general or dining service in the park. Had heard great things about Roosevelt, thought it was a different menu, etc... Ended up being the exact same word for word Breakfast menu as most everywhere in the park and... More

Old West Cooking, Front Porch Rocking, Warm Fireplace. Came with friends for a yummy breakfast one day and again for dinner and drinks another time just before they closed for the season. The seasonal staff is so friendly. There is bar service in the lobby. Small general store right next door. Being as we were working in Mammoth, it was... More

Our wait was 30 minutes at noon. The service and food were excellent, one of the two best meals we had during the seven days at YNP. Ribs and sandwiches were great as well as the side salad.

We stopped here as it was lunchtime and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. It was very busy as you might imagine. Prices were as expected for a "captive" audience.

This place is great. Historic, rustic, picturesque. And, did I mention we love the food here too? The chili is amazing. Breakfast was good, too, but I probably wouldn't order the French toast again, since it was a little soggy in the middle. Service has always been excellent here.

Food was ok, wait was way too long, service was a joke, but this place has this homey rustic feeling and was cool just to hang have a beer and wait to sit. I liked the overall experience, but don't go here hungry the wait in off hours was 1 hour. They need more tables and faster cooks, servers.

Just happened to be near here one day around lunch time as we were driving around the Park. A small, rustic, and very nice dining room. Our server, Michaela, was pleasant and attentive, and the Wild Game pasta was superb. The Stuffed Sweet Potato and Taco Salad were also quite good.

We pulled in and saw deer coming out from between the cabins. We grabbed some rocking chairs on the porch, we people watched, had a snack while relaxing and rocking.

While visiting Yellowstone, my husband and I ate at The Roosevelt Lodge twice. He has been here nearly a dozen times and always orders the Bison Burger without hesitation and he would recommend it to anyone. Being my first and second time, I decided to try the grass-fed beef burger and the meatballs with huckleberry BBQ sauce respectively. The burger... More

We waited an hour to get a table. When we sat down and started ordering the ribs we were then told they were out of them. We drove all the way from Canyon Village to eat there, waited all that time, and then they were out of the one thing we (and everyone else) came for. The waitress should have... More
