This is my choice when I am in the area. Absolutely great food. As the other reviewers say, it is authentic. The hand pulled noodles are excellent and you can sit and watch the cook make them while you are eating. They are usually very busy, but don't let that put you off. The menu is about the size of... fantastic menu. And every dish was a cut above. Fresh ingredients, crisp hot and full of flavor. Service was very good. In an area with great asian food, this is one of the best I have been to.

Authentic Chinese food with Authentic Chinese waitress. They are typical rushed, speak Chinglish waitress. Food is excellent, very authentic. Their noodles are hand pulled and the dumplings are made fresh including the skin from scratched. Each dish was delishes!

Very nice Chinese cuisine served in a very at-home atmosphere. Staff is very nice, service is quick and accurate. Ordered the soft shell crabs and it was very tasty. Also ordered shrimp & scrambled eggs (not on the menu) and it arrived hot and fluffy. They have a special of hand-made noodles, but I did not have this time. Portions... More

Food is very slow, and service is extremely terrible. It's takes hundred time to call waitress and they just ask you to wait. Food quality is just so so.

food is consistently great - menu incredibly varied. My kids enjoy watchng the chefs make the noodles. Best bet is to see what's being served at other tables which looks good and asking about it. Be prepared to wait on weekend evenings -- not too long, but rather unusual for a Vienna strip-mall restaurant!

Farewell dinner for a dear friend on a Wednesday evening. Love the "pulled" and the "cut" noodles - pork ribs and seafood. Garlic shrimp and steamed flounder. They did not expect the crowd that evening but overall I am impressed and will go there again.

Northern Chinese cuisine - absolutely authentic. They serve dishes most Americans have never heard of and won't have the "guts" to try. The restaurant is often packed - mostly with ethnic Chinese guests. Noodles are hand made and terrific.
