We really enjoy this Thai restaurant - cozy and unhurried with excellent staff. We ordered Masimum Curry with chicken, and Pad Thai with chicken- both very good. The vegetable spring rolls were a great starter. Will certainly be back for more!

The quality of the cooking has changed within the last year. We have given it a few more chances but finally concluded that the new chef's skill is not up to par with Ruthai (the owner). It's still a decent Thai for Cincinnati area, but it's not excellent.

Every time I go to a Thai place I always order the pad Thai! There's is amazing but I finally branched out and tried the mango chicken curry and jumbo shrimp and I'm hooked! It's like a party in your mouth! With the mixture of the sweet mango with the hint of spice from the curry... It opens your palet... More

Born and raised on east side, but away from Cincinnati for many years. While visiting some old haunts, I found myself in Ault Park when it started to rain. Since it was dinner time, I checked my phone for a restaurant nearby. I like Thai, so when I saw several restaurants at Mt. Lookout, I decided to try Ruthai's. It... More

Great food at a reasonable price is what it is all about!! With some of the best Pad Thai I've ever had and BYOB without a corking fee, Rutais has what it takes to have a great night out in Mt. Lookout. Be careful though, this family restaurant goes on vacation so call to make sure they are open before... More

A good place for Thai food. It took a while for the dinner to arrive, but it was tasty and worth the wait. The staff was great and it will be a place I will return to the next time I am in Cincinnati.

We have been going to Ruthai's for a few years now. Both my boyfriend and I are Asians and we travelled extensively in Asia, including Thailand. We found Ruthai's to be a home away from home. When we miss mom's spicy, home cooking meals, we think of Ruthai's. It's a small, mom-and-pop shop. Ruthai normally works in hot kitchen and... More

My wife and I love going to Ruthai’s alone or with friends. They have great sushi and Thai food. The place is rather small and can get crowded from time to time. Bring your own beer or wine as they don’t service alcohol. No corkage fee!!
