Service was great for our party of 10, and the food was satisfying. I had the scallops. While the portion of three was the joke of the evening, with appetizers and a salad I was content. I had no room for dessert.

If you go to the Arnoff for a matinee, plan ahead and make reservations at Via Vite. Best lamb shank I ever had

While vacationing, we stopped here to eat before going to a concert. We had never been to Cincinnati, so one of my sons used restaurant review sites to pick this restaurant. I am so very glad this is the place he chose. The menu has a wide variety of choices, definitely not the usual Italian fare you see at chain... More

My wife and I dined here for our anniversary. Great location on Fountain Square and awesome staff (Kate was fantastic and very knowledge). Food was authentic and very good. It was a contemporary Italian menu with a diversity if choices. Not your typical "American" Italian fare and it was great.

We stopped over in Cincinnati for the night at asked for recommendations for Italian Restaurants. The concierge nailed this one! The food and atmosphere were great and the value was even better! I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for great Italian food.

This restaurant is in a great location right on Fountain Square. There are tables outside and a very convenient parking garage. The service was great, but I was disappointed in the food selections. I wanted a simple breakfast of eggs but that is not on the menu. I ordered the Tuscan breakfast, which is a lot of beans with pork... More

We went on a weekend evening for dinner and the place was quite busy. The food is creative and well beyond your typical Italian meatball and spaghetti parlor. We got a 1/2 price deal on a bottle of wine but the bill still approached $100 for 2 people. You can cut costs by ordering pizza but for a full meal,... More

I'd recommend Via Vite for lunch rather than dinner. They seem too rushed to turn the tables in the evening that the dinner doesn't feel as enjoyable as it should for the prices. However at lunch the food is good and appropriately portioned and priced right. Try it for lunch instead.

I wasn't impressed. Our waiter was kind of arrogant. Cincinnati isn't the culinary center of the world. The food was ok. I had gnocchi. It was very buttery but wasn't really to my taste. However, the people watching and the view of fountain plaza is fantastic.

We stopped in Cincinnati as a halfway point on our trip. Neither of us had been there before. We walked out of the hotel and wandered around, trying to find a place to eat. They were holding a music festival, and as we went up to watch, we saw the restaurant. We got the giardiniera and salame for an appetizer.... More
