People in Cincinnati rave about this place. I have had much better. Fon't see what the hype is about.

Not being from the area, I was excited to try the local favorite. This is NOT what I would consider chili. It is noodles with a weird tomato sauce and a ton of cheese. Yuck. Not at all what I expected. You either love or you don't.

Based on what other visitors have had to say about our 3 way chili, they either love it or hate it. I prefer the coneys myself. I also prefer them without the load of cheese on them so I can really taste the chili and small hot dog and mustard that goes on it. It's all preference. The only way... More

Experience Cincinnati by trying this. Don't think of it as chili, it's Greek spaghetti sauce. Try it with their hit sauce.

I had heard of Skyline, thought I would try it...I didn't like it...but decided maybe I got a weird batch or something, so I tried it again...I cannot for the life of me stand to eat their chili. As a referance I love steak and shake, home made, wendies, walmart canned, pretty much all kinds of chili. BUT...neither me, nor... More

ANY chili parlor is a Cincinnati landmark. The term 'chili parlor' was coined in the '40s by one of the Greek immigrants who devised (or brought with them) their own recipes for this uniquely Cincinnati style of chili. Skyline (sometimes pronounced 'Skuh-LEEN-ee' in the Queen City) has parlors all over town, and many people say it's the best of the... More

Hello. When you go to Cincinnati be sure and visit Skyline or Gold Star Chili. This is not your typical chili but a type of chili that is unique to these restaurants. The first time you try it you may not be to impressed but once you have given it a chance it will most likely grow on you and... More

if you're in Cincinnati you need to stop at Skyline. Many people don't care for it but it is something you need to mark off your list. Everyone in Cincinnati grew up with it and loves it.

When a friend told me about Skyline and explained what it was, I though he was crazy. I can tell you it is definitely worth a try. My personal favorite was their Black Bean Burrito, but the 4-Way Chili was great as well.
