If you plan a visit to Cincinnati you have to try our chill- we can serve it up on spaghetti with cheese--that's our 3-way, we offer a 4-way and 5-way or my fave is a cheese coney made with hot dog, smidge of mustard, sprinkling of chopped onions, topped with our chili and shredded cheese. We have Skyline Chili locations... More

Yep, no trip to the Queen City is complete without a trip to a Skyline Chili parlor. I don't usually stray to far from the main attraction, a four way with a coney and a MOUNTAIN DEW(one of the few establishments that carry Pepsi products). Occasionally, I'll switch out the spaghetti for a potato, but I have heard good things... More

Cincinnati chili is a unique and signature experience for area visitors. It is a traditional favorite for locals, too. The dishes are probably will not suit everyone's taste, but no one should visit Cincinnati without trying Skyline! Probably the two classic ones to visit are the restaurants in the Price Hill area and the one near the University of Cincinnati... More

A Greek concoction with a complex mixture of spices give this chili a unique taste. Much better than anything you will get in Texas. We often ship this to out-of-towners who can't live without it.

I love their cheese coney and 3 and 4 ways. Great for meeting friends, lunch or afterwork When I was in school, we would meet there afterwards I know they have other things, but I got to have my 3-way or chili dog every time I go. Never know it to hear anyone or make them sick like Greg D... More

We usually go to Skyline once or twice a month. It's quick, inexpensive and my husband the meat eater can get what he wants, and me, the vegetarian can get a variety of yummy dishes. Almost any Skyline chili dish can substitute their beans and rice, and they have "Greek Spaghetti" and also great Greek salads. Every Skyline we go... More

Sweet Chili, over spaghetti, come on! After dinning on a pile of what appears to be the byproduct of local dairy farms mixed with chocolate, the restrooms are a short walk away at the front of the lobby.

We eat at Skyline all the time. It is simply the best Cincinnati style chili. Yes, Cincinnati style chili is different from any other chili but give it a try. Most people love it but some hate it. There is very little middle ground.

Skyline Chili 3-4-or 5 way is a "must" when visiting Cincinnati. Skyline Chili Parlors are not hard to find, I'd estimate at least 25 stores in the area. Chili on top of spaghetti sounds a little crazy but once you've tried it you'll be a life long fan! Topped with a mountain of shredded cheese, you're sure to be back... More

If you've never had our local version of chili .. you REALLY should try it! Skyline is an "original", but there are many names and locations around town. Recipes vary slightly .... usually in spiciness. But WE LOVE THEM ALL and we all have our favorites, depending upon our taste preferences. Try it .... we hope you like the cinnamon,... More
