Loved the atmosphere

Arnold's is within walking distance of the Aronoff and so we decided to make reservations for a Thursday evening at 5:30 before a show. On that particular night, reservations were not necessary. stopped by last weekend on a roundtrip between Tennessee and Ohio. Called up Trip Advisor and you guys gave it recent favorable reviews an we had a need for some Italian Sausage. Guess what, the menu shown for this place on TA is outdated. NO ITALIAN SAUSAGE! So we tried the meatballs and spaghetti and the Blueberry Fried Chicken. Meatballs... More

I had a great time at Arnold's during Bockfest - a perfect gathering place before the Parade. Great choice of IPAs. I love their all season courtyard!

Yesterday looking forward to dinner at Armolds. When my husband noticed his beer glass was cracked, the waiter took it and brought another with no apology or anything. Later someone from the kitchen came out and was asking people how there food was, when she got to my husband he showed her a piece of hair in the soup and... More

Perhaps the oldest bar in Cincinnati, the outdoor patio fills with locals of all ages to hear some of the best local music in Cincinnati. If you're there the night Grey Dogs are playing, your fortunate, indeed. The food is good enough, and the beer and bourbon selections are wonderful. If you're a beer lover, the Porter 1851, by Christian... More

this was my first visit to Arnold's and I found the place really great. The place has a ton of character. The food was terrific and the staff extremely friendly. They have a large selection of beers on tap and I can't wait to go back for drinks and dinner. Terrific local flavor.

Nice setting, outside heated area was nice as it was freezing temps outdoors. Menu was not big but good variety of pasta, sandwiches and burgers. We had chickpea sandwhich, crab cake po-boy and salmon. Everyone was satisfied and we would return. If your in the area its a must try.... Also had a piano player singing songs...

Arnold's Bar & Grill is old Cincinnati. Casual, old wood, sufficiently shabby. And then, great beer choices, good food (not bar food), very reasonably priced. My last selection, Spaghetti & meatballs were $14. The hot 'n brown "sandwich" was $10. Hors d'oeuvres abound. Curb-side parking at night is easy to find and free. Don't wear a tie and don't admit... Funny how there can be a fine line between "quaint" and a "dump", but Arnold's is definitely quaint! Oldest tavern in the city, with creaky floors and cracked walls, but the food was great. It's been a few months since I was there so I don't remember the name of the burger I had, but I have affectionately referred to... More

This is a really neat bar, with great history and interesting architecture. I don't like how close the tables are set up. The menu is unique, however the food wasn't that good. The portions are huge. We did enjoy the bourbon cheese appetizer
