While the service was very good, the food was disappointing for the price. One fish dish had to be sent back as it was way overcooked, meaning that we could not all eat at the same time. They dealt with it without question which was very good. Other members of the party described the food as OK. Wine was a... More

I've eaten here 4 or 5 times and have always had a great meal. The service has been attentive without overbearing. This is one of the few restaurants around any more where the quality of the food matches the price, from small plates to entrees.

This was my first time to the Trio. As I said the filet was just about perfect. I was not so happy about the other items as I thought the portions were a little skimpy. Good service and good selection of craft beers. All in all, a nice evening, 50/50 chance I will return as there are many places in... More

We ate here on a Thursday night. This was my fourth time dining here over the years. Our server was attentive, friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. The food was outstanding: the Queen filet (cooked to perfection), the Scottish salmon, and the scallops did not disappoint. The IPA our sever recommended was perfect. The prices here could easily be set 20-30% higher-this... More

I ate at Trip's on a Friday evening in March. We told the waitress we had a time crunch, as we were also seeing a play in Cincinnati that evening. She assured us there was nothing to worry about, as there would be plenty of time. We waited over 40 minutes for 2 simple meals. We finally gave up and decided... More

We went to Trio for dinner early on a Saturday night. The fish smell smacks you in the face when you walk in the door. I don't eat seafood, so it was an immediate turnoff for me. The other three people with me (two of whom ordered seafood for dinner) were disgusted by the strong "stench" as well. My mother-... More

We haven't eaten here in a long time, but we will be back again soon. The atmosphere and service are AAA+, and our meals were really delicious.. My husband had the veal piccata, he is a big fan of veal, and he said it was the best yet. He brought home leftovers and raved about it a second time. I... More

Haven't eaten in TRIO for a number of years as I have moved out of the immediate area but last week enjoyed a wonderful lunch there. Delicious New England Scallops with asparagus and fennel. Also the House recipe Bloody Mary with spicy rim is just great. The service was ok- except needed water with the "spicy rim' and the server... More

Especially enjoy the lighter menu of flat breads and salads. Great hors d' oeuvres. Very friendly staff.

I visited Trio twice within one month, both for dinners. They have decent food selection, such as tiger shrimp cocktail, steaks, and sea bass etc. The presentation of the food is good, but the taste is not standing out by comparison. Price is at the high-end; but your servers are very professional and attentive. Their drink menu is extensive; better... More
