It was with great anticipation that two friends and I arrived at the lovely Cincinnatian Hotel to have luncheon at their restaurant, The Palace. The hostess was very gracious and showed us to our table in a lovely.....and almost deserted...room. From then on, it was downhill. The service was slow and unpleasant...verging on rude, the food was not good, and... More

Restaurant week in Cincinnati occurs at many downtown restaurants, this year August 11 to 17, 2014; with restaurants offering a limited choice 3 course menu for $35 per person. The Palace was outstanding for service, exceptional main course, and little "extras" that made this a memorable dinner. We will definitely return to order from the full menu.

Cincinnati has become a great place for great restaurants and this is not one. Our anniversary was Saturday night! We thought - how how about The Palace? The menu gave us two choices - either an all vegetarian dinner of small plates or small plates that included meat.....for a whopping $79.00!! The wine pairings started at $50.00!! There were no... The new prix-fixe menu designed by their new chef, Joe West is amazing! You can pick several levels of courses 3, 4, 5 or 9. You pay based on the number of courses. The food is amazing, the presentation is beautiful and the taste is unbelievable! this is not an inexpensive restaurant, so if you do not want the full... More

Fantastic! Loved the flavors. The staff was extremely nice. Many of our guests felt the same way and ate there for many meals.

So much to choose from. I loved the Eggs Benedict and was told the French Toast was to die for. Next time I will try the Palace for dinner. I was told that their are three venues to choose from.

Located in the Cincinnatian hotel, it's a great breakfast stop. The menu is good and the prices are reasonable for a 5 star hotel. I ordered the french breakfast Croque Madame (2 eggs over a ham and cheese sandwich). The service was excellent and attentive.

The Mother's Day brunch was delicious. The presentation was well done, with many items in separate dishes that could easily be picked up and that kept it from becoming sloppy with food spilled all over the serving table. We loved the fresh fruit which was as fresh as it could get. The lobster was served in bites with a toothpick... More
