The food at Anabel's is fresh, perfectly balanced and delicious. I highly recommend "Eggs of the House", fried eggs over polenta and black beans with salsa and sour cream on top. It is amazing. Or try the scramble of the day, you won't be disappointed. The restaurant is small and Anabel is back there doing all the cooking so get... More

This is a wonderful little breakfast place, and I do mean little. There are only a dozen or so tables and two servers. Their hours are very limited - call ahead to check. The day we went we had the homemade blueberry coffee cake, the daily scramble, the buttermilk corn cakes (pancakes made with corn meal), and an incredibly tasty... More

Situated in my favourite area of Cincinnati, Annabel's has a menu full of delicious treats. As a European who regularly visits the city, this is a refreshing change from the identikit restaurants that litter much of the US. Good service, good atmosphere and great food - who could ask for more?

We recently went to Annabel's for the first time for a weekday lunch. It is a very small little place, easy to miss, on Mt. Lookout Square. Food consists of sandwiches, salads, quiches, and soups. Good, fresh, lunch fare and generous portions. My husband had an enormous tuna salad sandwich and I had a great roasted red pepper and tomato... More

Never a second chance!! (1) Annabel's is a VERY small shoebox (maximum setting is 4 - more in a moment), (2) fashionable as any hospital closet (think light green), and (3) Annabel's doesn't need you. We went there Mother's Day. Dora the Explora waitress asked, "How many?" We said 6. She said, "we only have seating for 4, but come... More

This is the best place for brunch in Cincinnati. I have been here 3 times already, and this time besides the scrambled eggs with warm croissant and fruit, we tried the pancakes, everything was amazing. The worst part is you have to come in person for a reservation and wait a while, and then after sitting down you also have... More

I try to Eat here at least once a week. Annabel's is the best! The grilled cheese is the most amazing grilled cheese I have ever had. Everything is made from scratch And She uses only top notch ingredients. She is famous for her soups and desserts. The place is small so plan To arrive early.

Annabel's in Mt Lookout was a great little place for brunch. It's a small place so don't be surprised if you have to wait outside since there is no room inside to stand. Take a walk and check out the other businesses nearby. The wait is worth it. Food was really good. Service was very good. The ladies really hustled... More

Annabel's is a great spot for breakfast or brunch. It's a favorite among the locals in Mt. Lookout square, as there is often a bit of a wait on the weekends to get into this small, casual, brightly decorated restaurant. But, the wait is usually not too bad (perhaps 15 or 20 minutes) and is worth it. The food is... More
