Tasty treats

This eatery/bar has a English atmosphere that is appealing. I started with an excellent bowl of chill, not very British. My second course was a very good fish & chips. An outstanding dark draft beer washed it all down. My server was new on the job and not knowledgeable menu wise. She was pleasant... read more

Came here twice recently. Small place, but great location and food! Especially nice in the summer time when there is plenty of action outside. Parking can be challenging, but worth the walk!

I ate here on a Thursday along with a group of about 40 people. The restaurant was able to accommodate such a large group with relative ease. I enjoyed the food and drink that I had. Nothing too fancy though if that's what you are looking for.

Love pint nights. The veggie wrap is amazing as are the sweet potato fries. Some of the bar tenders are rude at this location. my favorite is the Glendale location. Staff is always pleasant. The patio on roof is great for dinning and watching trains that go right by

This is a large restaurant on Hyde Park Square. The front part of the restaurant is livelier (and louder) than the back part of the dining room, which is away from the bar. Our server (Lauren?) was very good, friendly and accomodating. My group of friends and I elected to sit in the back so we could chat. We all... More

We were looking for a restaurant to enjoy a college basketball game while we ate. Cock and Bull Public House fit the bill. There was a selection of many beers on tap and from a reasonably priced and varied bar food menu. The service was good and the noise level was low so that we could enjoy the game. The... More

My husband planned a special trip for me for my birthday - I always wanted to go to a Reds baseball game. We drove 7 hours to Cincinnati and stopped in this bar/restaurant for a quick dinner and brew. Fantastic fish sandwiches and raspberry beer! OMG!! Just what I needed for a birthday celebration. Thanks for the memories!

Unfortunately this restaurant that is in such a primo location in Hyde Park Square needs work. The wait was ridiculous for the food. Granted it was the Art Show weekend but they ought to have be overjoyed and ready. The fish and chips were great and the fish piping hot with a better batter than in the past. The chips... More

Stopped in during the Hyde Park Art Show. What a nice pub! Great food although the lady behind the bar could have been more into her job, which is servicing the customer regardless if they are male or female!! That said, the appetisers were served in large portions, enough for at least two to share. Would definitely return.

Stopped in for diner on a recent trip to Cincy. Waitress was very nice and helpful. I had the beet salad with chicken and it was good. Good flavor and very large. Wife had the buffalo chicken salad and she really liked. The thing I looked the most was the beer selection! The waitress was knowledgeable and helped me pick... More
