First a Chipotle, then an Italian Chipotle, and now an Asian Chipotle. Not the best sushi I've had, but its decent for a Midwest state.

I had Fusian back when it was in the Carew Tower and had never had sushi before. The people working the line were more than friendly and insisted that I try what they made me, they even gave it to me for free! I ended up absolutely loving it and I'm happy that I went there and got the free...

Fresh & well made, but newbies to sushi beware--for the most part you're picking everything that goes in your roll. It's very much like the Chipotle of sushi joints. Cooked protein choices are excellent, but not much on the raw side.
If you like sushi, or aren't sure if you like sushi, or are scared of sushi, this is the place for you. The staff is super awesome and super frienddly, and know their around their sushi forwards backwards and inside out.
This is basically the chipotle of sushi. You go to the counter, pick your wrap, and then your protein....

Quick, fresh, build-your-own sushi restaurant with a slightly hip, off-beat foodie vibe. The combinations are enless and the prices are decent. My best experiences have been with spicy tuna and grilled eel rolls, but I have not enjoyed their sides (miso, edamame) as much. Not of the same caliber.
This place is so fun if you're a sushi fan. The concept is kind of a Chipotle for sushi, where you are able to make your own roles. I do advise that you look at the menu before hand or go during non-peak hours (read: not lunch) because it can be a little pressure to try to order off the...

I won't spend much time on the fact that I think the concept of Fusian is ridiculous but I suppose it wasn't going to be forever before someone got the idea of taking the culinary art form of sushi and replicating the Chipotle model. It's unoriginal really.
That said, I'm willing to try anything once. So, on a bright Thursday...

Fillings included cooked beef and chicken, for those that don't like fish. Me? I love eel. Yum yum yum yum yum. This place was on the ground floor at my hotel and I was there for a week. This is an excellent lunch/early dinner place. It's a great concept, great and friendly service, and a great value. I look forward...

Fusian is essentially Chipotle with Sushi. You get to customize your sushi wrap so that it has exactly what you want on it. The service has been great everytime I have been there. Also, I love the toppings. My personal favorite is carrots because you don't see that in many sushi rolls. They have sides as well. For families, there...

Imagine if Chipotle or Qdoba did sushi instead. That's what this place is like. You go up to the counter, and you tell them what fish or other protein you want, what vegetables or other ingredients, what kind of wrapping (seaweed or soy), and they put it together into a roll of 10 sushi pieces for about $6-7. They have...
