Every year my family and I visit Cincinnati during the Western & Southern Open and I am so happy that Fusian has been there the past few years. It is an absolute MUST when visiting the area - the staff is always friendly and helpful, the ingredients are fresh, and you can pick from various types of meat or tofu.... More

I absolutely LOVE Fusian! We go to the new one near Hyde Park Kroger, and I need to use self control to not go here every day! I really like the idea of sushi, I just don't really love the seafood part. I get the grilled chicken and it is so good! I love that you can put in whatever... More

What a deal. You choose your wrap (soy or sea weed) then you choose your protein (fish type) I recommend smoked salmon. Then you choose your vegetables and so on you get it now. You get a 10 piece roll for 7 dollars. What a deal.

I was a bit hesitant about going to a make-your-own sushi place. I thought it would be either low-quality or overwhelming. It was a fun experience. My sister and I took our parents who are sushi novices, and the staff were very patient and helpful. In addition to the sushi we tried the carrot and ginger salad, the seaweed salad,... More

First a Chipotle, then an Italian Chipotle, and now an Asian Chipotle. Not the best sushi I've had, but its decent for a Midwest state.

I had Fusian back when it was in the Carew Tower and had never had sushi before. The people working the line were more than friendly and insisted that I try what they made me, they even gave it to me for free! I ended up absolutely loving it and I'm happy that I went there and got the free... More

Fresh & well made, but newbies to sushi beware--for the most part you're picking everything that goes in your roll. It's very much like the Chipotle of sushi joints. Cooked protein choices are excellent, but not much on the raw side.

If you like sushi, or aren't sure if you like sushi, or are scared of sushi, this is the place for you. The staff is super awesome and super frienddly, and know their around their sushi forwards backwards and inside out. This is basically the chipotle of sushi. You go to the counter, pick your wrap, and then your protein.... More

Quick, fresh, build-your-own sushi restaurant with a slightly hip, off-beat foodie vibe. The combinations are enless and the prices are decent. My best experiences have been with spicy tuna and grilled eel rolls, but I have not enjoyed their sides (miso, edamame) as much. Not of the same caliber.
