Walking into the restaurant I was certain that we would be disappointed. Thankfully, I was wrong. Trattoria Roma offered very generous portions and very good food. My daughter had the filet mignon ordered medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. My husband had the linguine with white clam sauce and that was equally good. The clams were fresh cooked... More

The place was a surprise. I have never been before and wanted to try a new Italian restaurant in Cincinnati. The atmosphere is average, bigger than what I expected with red/white checkered table clothes, candles at each table, nice, clean, but again, average or what you would typically expect. The service was good and servers were quick to answer any questions.... More

I have posted over 90 restaurant reviews with Trip Advisor and I swear that my glass of Pinot Grigio wine at Trattoria Rosa in Cincinnati was in the smallest glass I have ever seen. It looked like a miniature or sample glass. I was amazed that a restaurant would have the nerve to serve wine in such a small glass... More

We went to Trattoria Roma and I was a little skeptical due to the amount of negative reviews on Trip Advisor. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and food. Trattoria Roma is exactly what it claims to be a restaurant serving classic Italian dishes. They don't try to oversell their dishes with fancy garnishments or presentations. They rely on... More

My boyfriend and I were visiting downtown Cincinnati yesterday evening and were on the look-out for a nice restaurant to dine in. We parked the car at 580 Plaza and were walking around when Trattoria Roma caught our eyes. The design of the restaurant and the outdoor seating with beautiful lamps immediately grabbed our attention and we decided to try... More

It was late night, about 11PM and we had not eaten dinner yet. When we called Trattoria Roma and asked if they were still serving. They happily replied yes and we headed over. The place is very dim lit but, the hostess was professional and very nice. We sat by the window looking out to the other local places. We... More

We had a 3:45pm reservation on the day before the Flying Pig Marathon. It was pretty dead when we came in because no one but us eats that early. The decor and the restaurant are nice, but the menu is very limited. The waitress was really awkward and introduced herself a few times and then got the soda orders wrong,... More

Had lunch. Massive disappointment. Soup was broth, little veg. Chicken salad ok. Waiter not well trained, constantly interrupted at the wrong times. Don't bother if you want good Italian food.
